Monthly Rentals in Pineta San Pietro

Loved the location of the holiday home amongst the pines, with a glimpse of the sea. Beach very convenient only 10mins or so away. The holiday home is spacious inside, and we often used the dining table and "egg" chair on the covered patio area outside too. There were some very nice 'welcoming' touches - juice, milk, mini brioches, coffee pods, and even a bottle of bubbly, for us to have! Check-in went smoothly, even though we arrived very late, and Monica was lovely. We were also able to check out late which was very much appreciated! It would have been nice if some more basics could have been provided for our short stay e.g. tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet roll, tissues, matches/lighter for candles. Also towel & bed linen hire (expensive) had to be paid in cash along with the deposit & cleaning fee - these should just be included as part of the fee paid on AirBnB. But these are minor niggles and didn't detract from our overall stay, we would defo stay again!

Perfect, everything as stated in the description. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and Maria has provided help for all questions

We have rented through Airbnb many times, but the service was particularly good with Jesper. He was always available and was happy to give us tips and recommendations. The place corresponds exactly to the warmth of the owner. Comfortable with everything you need for a nice vacation. The location is really 1A, as you are super fast at the sea. We would come back.
