Really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space in the home and a great location perfect for a golf getaway.

Our family all gathered for my son’s wedding - we had more than enough room! Enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch overlooking the lake. It was extremely peaceful! The pool was terrific, as well as being so close to the club house and the fair barn!

Beautiful home out in the country. The place was nice, clean, and private. Jackie is a great host.

6 guys visiting their childhood buddy who moved to the area a few years ago. The house was a perfect home base for us. Just perfect. Open layout, pool after a long day of playing golf, plenty of rooms for privacy, perfect location to all the golf clubs and breweries, bars, restaurants. Daniel and Ruth were super responsive to our needs. Highly recommended to large groups or for families. 🙏🤝

My best friend and I came to Kaitlyns AirBnB for a Girl's Trip Weekend. The house was wonderful and the beds were comfy. The layout of the house gave my friend and I our own areas for privacy but also had a very welcoming living room and sun room for catching up and drinking coffee and tea. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone we came into contact with was super nice and helpful. If you want a place to unwind, relax, and reconnect with family or friends this is definitely the place for you!

We stayed here for 3 months after our home caught fire. It felt like home from the first day. Rene was so kind. She opened the pool early for us and kept it clean, and the yard was picked up and mowed. She set up snacks for us on move-in day, and the pantry was well stocked. The backyard pool paradise was stunning. Lots of gorgeous plants, trees, and flowers. A Roku TV, Echo Dot, and gas fire pit table on a patio gazebo were perfect for nights out in any weather. This house is on a quiet cul de sac with nice, quiet neighbors on all sides.

Perfect little getaway on the lake. We didnt want to leave. Everything was as described.

This was our first stay at Victoria's home in Sanford and most likely, won't be our last. The house fit our needs very well with having additional family members with us. Everything was as described. A very comfortable and lovely home! We were not disappointed in any way.

Angela was a fantastic host. She was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to the golf courses we were playing, and the hot tub was a nice touch after a few long rounds. There is a ton of food options and bars nearby. The only negative feedback I have is the house is located 2 houses away from a fairly suspect apt. complex. We had no issues though, and would definitely stay there again.

Had a very great weekend in a loving and homely environment with my family. Pictures do not actually do justice to the place. We were overwhelmed when we arrived. Very neat environment with everything u need to have a great stay. Host was very responsive and welcoming Thank u and i highly recommend this to anyone who needs a great stay. Definitely coming back

We absolutely loved our stay here! This cozy home was the perfect spot for us before our big move out of town. It’s beautifully maintained, peaceful, and just steps away from our family, which made everything even more special. The space felt like a true home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This will definitely be our go-to spot anytime we’re back in town visiting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a warm atmosphere!

this was a wonderful little getaway for my fiance and I! wish the weather would have been a bit better so we could have enjoyed the pool. we were able to easily find the home and enter. it smelt amazing as soon as we walked in. everything was so clean and in it's place. the shower was very nice and the bed so comfy. also we enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. This is a very nice home and we will stay again when the weather is warmer. didn't have any issues so we didn't have to call the host. we did let her know when we left so they could start the cleaning process. she was so nice and wished us safe travels!

Great place and very nice property!

It truly was peaceful and comfortable. Everything was there, even dog bowls and a dog bed. It was a hectic time getting ready for my daughter’s wedding and this place certainly was an oasis to come back to in between all the activities. Yesenia was an amazing host! She replied so promptly and kindly. I can’t say enough about this place!

Ryan was a great host, and the house was very nice in a great location. Will be back for sure.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Home was stunning, beautifully decorated, very clean, and smelled wonderful. The community was stunning and my wife felt very safe walking our dog around the community each evening. We loved that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. That was a big bonus in our opinion. It was like each individual family had their own hotel room, but in a beautiful home. Erin was great at communicating and we will definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Donna's place in Pinehurst is a real charm. From the moment you are walking down the sidewalk up to the house, you feel right at home. it is extremely comfortable and welcoming inside with all amenities that one would need. We definitely recommend for anyone wanting a place in beautiful Pinehurst. It is so very convenient to shopping and wonderful restaurants...although grilling out back with family is wonderfully relaxing too. We will surely book again!

We aren't ABB newbies. We have stayed from Florida to Tennessee to elsewhere. NO OTHER ABB matches the meticulous attention to details, true and incomparable cleanliness and responsive caring hosts as Chris & Crystal. Chris knew our stay was a sorrowful one due to our family's funeral. Our children are priority. They needed to feel safe, be in an environment that matches their home and have peace as we began the process of grief. Crystal, Chris' property manager, is a GEM. Truly. She knew we needed respite. This home is SPOTLESS & all amenities needed. No way can someone be as clean and OCD as my wife, yep, Crystal is. This gave my wife the ability to rest. Every other ABB states 4/ 5 ☆ cleanliness. Guests state that. From real experience, none have matched the genuine care to detail of a fresh, clean and on point home as Chris'. I'm talking about our ABB stays where guests state their acclaim. We walk in, knowing those claims are false. Chris & Crystal...the dream team of ABB.
