Our guesthouse sits on 4 quiet fenced acres about 100 feet from our home. We are about 15 minutes from Pinehurst. Our large, friendly dogs greet you upon arrival and share the same fenced area as the guesthouse. Our barn conversion has a full kitchen, a queen bed and small sofa bed. Coffee maker, wine fridge, fire pit with Adirondack chairs for evening glass of wine or to watch the fireflies. Saltwater pool from mid-May to Mid- Sep. Private two-person hot tub. Pet fee for dogs. sorry, no cats.

The efficiency offers a private entrance, full bed, bathroom w/ shower, kitchenette, desk area, and outdoor seating. It is attached to my home so there is daily activity, but we welcome friendly engagement and will respect your privacy.

The house is situated within 2 miles of downtown Pinehurst, Camelot Park, and Rassie Wicker Park, and is a short drive away from any of the many wonderful golf courses that Pinehurst has to offer. It was recently remodeled, is well furnished, and we are constantly striving to upgrade and improve the space to make for a comfortable stay!

Approximately 40 minutes to Fort Bragg for Military/DOD civilians who are TDY or house hunting; 4 miles to First Health Moore Regional Hospital for travel nurses; 2.5 miles to Sandhill community college; Reservoir Park is a 250 yard walk from the front door and includes a 95 acre lake, and more than 12 miles of Greenway Trails.

Located on a quiet street, yet close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants downtown or the Weymouth Center for the Humanities. This unit is downstairs with 1 bedroom (Queen) & 1 bath, a full kitchen, a dedicated work space, and shared laundry room in the back of the home. It has a private entrance from the front door.
