Lovely Historic Queen Anne Victorian Home!

The entire upstairs is very roomy and peaceful. 2 bedrooms with queens, large TV room with 5th person extra-long single bed. A kitchenette and newly remodeled bathroom. BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away. A splendid getaway for any season of the year! Let us know if you plan a Yosemite trip as I will give you the best directions.

Spacious Home with Three Decks Near Yosemite

No Cleaning Fee! Egret's Landing, located on a quarter acre in the Pine Mountain Lake community near Yosemite, is a beautiful, clean, well stocked split-level home. This home suffered a house fire in November of 2018 and was fully rebuilt with new construction on the interior in December 2020. We tried to think of everything. to make your stay incredible. We installed a generator, which starts automatically and it even powers the hot tub! We can't wait to host you!

The club House is extremely careful and cautious about being cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We understand the importance of staying Healthy that’s why we use 40-80 First Defense (Hospital Grade/ Covid 19 DISINFECTANT plus Clorox Clean up bleach DISINFECTANT after each guest to ensure not to spread any illnesses or Diseases! We are also equipped with a fully automatic whole house propane generator and will never lose power due to PGE electrical shut downs

This self contained space is part of our home, but is a separate building right next to the house. There's a well lit hallway to your private entrance. It's one large room with an enclosed bathroom. There's a shower, toilet and vanity. No tub. There's a queen size bed, 6' couch, dining table/chairs and fridge. You can BBQ and use the patio table.
