This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

Conveniently located in Lake County, FL, you are about an hour from beaches, theme parks and the Orlando airport, yet only minutes from the Ocala National Forest and beautiful natural springs. We have an abundance of wildlife here: birds, gators, bears, lizards. and more. Smoking is allowed but outside only. Our place is best suited for couples or solo travelers. We have a two person max limit. No kids. No extra guests. No parties are allowed on our property. Pet's are welcomed

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa. Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) The night stay includes the petting farm access to enjoy all the different farm animals.
