From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.

This recently refurbished apartment is located in an elegant historical building right in the center of Crema old town, approximately 30 minutes drive from Milan and 45 minutes from Cremona, Bergamo, Brescia and Piacenza. Train and bus connections to Milan are also available within walking distance. It's close to cultural and artistic sites as well as a variety of restaurants. We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen
