The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very, very comfortable. Maybe if there are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it has everything. Elevators (2), swimming pool, parking, game room, living room, laundry room and gym. 10 points. The view makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the dishes are only for 4 people, I mean that if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, they should bring their own cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. It has a refrigerator, oven, air conditioning and everything you need to have a good stay. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it's fine. It's great to be a 10-minute walk from downtown Pinamar, maybe walking to the beach takes a little longer. If you have a car, in 5 minutes you're at the beach and the garage is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the value for money is very good, with a central and quiet area.

Justo was super friendly and interested in that we are good and comfortable and that nothing is missing. I do the same. The beautiful super complete apartment had everything. The location and the beautiful surroundings. And the amenities. I would definitely go to that same apartment again.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful area, with a special tranquility and silence that is imposed in a closed neighborhood, among the typical pine trees of Pinamar, including amenities such as the garage and pool, which are a few meters from the house. This is extremely spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is separate, a large living room, the atmosphere and decoration of this space is really a 10/10, making it very cozy. The ground floor allows the sleeping area to be isolated, the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. It is very well equipped with all you may need. Even a dishwasher. The exit to the outside, with the roofed terrace that has a grill, becomes the must-share space because of the view between the tall trees and directly to the golf course, whether for any meal, or a few mates and a chat. Only criticism: the ground floor has no air circulation, so the humidity is present, but with the ceiling fans it is easily bearable

The truth is that the apartment is a 10. Very spacious and summery, on two floors, ideal for kids. It was fully equipped and the location is excellent. Highly recommended.

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment is super, I really liked it. The apartment in the photo looked bigger, more spacious, but for me how much I lived there alone, this did not interfere. The view is just super, very bright, wow. I definitely recommend it!

Very nice place, location and view. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. I would only emphasize the cleanliness, which shows accumulated dirt, not from not cleaning, but from cleaning everything very superficially constantly. That makes the house not as clean as I would like it to be.

The complex and the apartment are beautiful..!! The pools too..!! It has a restaurant and also a very complete market..!! The only bad thing is that the guards or the consortium won't let you in with the car to take the suitcases in or out... but they're minor things...!! After that, everything is fine..!!

The building's pool and gym amenities are great too! Analia responded immediately to a small inconvenience we had and solved it quickly.

The house is very nice, comfortable and clean, the neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by nature. Florencia was very attentive and with clear instructions, she made it easy for us to access.

The house is super comfortable and new. We went with a group of friends and we felt very comfortable. Diego was always attentive to our questions and was flexible with the schedules. The view of the polo field is beautiful and we were able to enjoy the sunset at the house. I would definitely go back!

Beautiful house in a sports neighborhood. Very comfortable for 8 people (2 families) each had their own space for privacy. Very nice and spacious house. Unfortunately, before us, there were other guests with dogs and the time between our departure and arrival did not allow for a thorough cleaning, which was needed. But Andres resolved it at our request. Andres' service and the house in Costa Esmeralda are highly recommended.

We had a spectacular stay! The house is super comfortable! The host was attentive to our needs constantly, always very friendly, well prepared and in contact from the moment we arrived!! We were close to the sports area! We went to the beach by vehicle The photos and descriptions of the property match exactly. We will definitely be back!!

Really from when we got there until we left we loved the place, the house and the setting!! The house is excellent and would truly come back again!!! A house with a lot of natural light, spacious and very comfortable!!! We are very grateful for the attention!!!

The place is fantastic. The surroundings are exactly as the pictures displayed in the publication. The house is big and superconfortable. You can see the wood from every corner of the house and natural light comes in from the outside in every room. We had two rainy days during our stay and enjoyed the house very much. There is a huge oven which saved us when having to cook meet without the barbecue. There is also a huge refrigerator and freezer. We played games in the big table and watch movies ;the sofa is also comfortable. There are two double beds (one king) and 5 single beds so a big family can come and invite the grandparents!. We also had some problems to start turn on the cable system and the owners came back to help. They are available and not far away from the house which is a plus. The experience was fantastic.
