The area is beautiful full of aged trees and tranquility . It's one block from Av 3, which has several shops . The beaches are immense . Just missing maintenance in the house because it's beautiful !!!! If they gave her a little love it would be a 10

The house is large, ideal for groups of more than one family (our case) as each room has its own private bathroom. Everything was very tidy and clean, communication with Patricia was fluid at all times to coordinate check-in and out.

I loved the house, very comfortable and nice. The beds are impeccable, all the rooms have a fan and the living/dining room has air conditioning. It has a beautiful front patio with grass, a barbecue with tables and chairs. Close to the beach and downtown, the location is ideal. I had a great time and I will definitely be back.

The house is divine, super comfortable and equipped. We went in April and we didn't have anything cold, hot water, padded. Everything in the kitchen, as in the rest of the house, worked as it should. There were 11 of us girls and we were all super comfortable and the place allowed us to spend a few incredible days. Nano is a sweetheart, super flexible, and answered any questions quickly and thoroughly. The house has everything, it really has everything. Without a doubt, if I go back to Costa Esmeralda, I would go back to Nano's house.

Everything went out perfect, the place is just like the photos and Arlene always communicated in case we needed anything, very recommended accommodation.

The house is beautiful and super comfortable. With everything you need to cook and spend a few quiet days. It is one dune from the sea and the beach is accessed by crossing a dune with very nice trees. It's 6 blocks from Valeria's main street and has everything nearby. We'll definitely be back!

The cabin is comfortable and warm. The outdoor space with a grill and table is spacious and we really enjoyed it. Ideal for families (and if you bring your pet too :). Sebastian is very friendly. As for security, it has bars and an alarm, we had no problems. The location is very good, steps away from the sea and a few blocks from markets and restaurants. I would definitely come back.

Very good house, comfortable, with a great distribution for 8 adults, being able to share all but also have privacy. Accompanied by a beautiful environment, close to downtown and the beach , to leave the car parked in the house and move on foot without any problem. I recommended for group of large friends and families. Fernando a great host, always attentive to everything.

We had a great time at this sweet house. It had everything we needed for three and so close to the beach and kind neighbors. Augas verdes is a great quiet stay.

It was a good experience! There were 13 of us, and we all felt very comfortable. The house is spacious, cozy, it was really like being home. Two steps from the beach with a very close shopping center. A unique wave from both Lorraine and Gilda, permanently attentive to what we might need and that we were well. We left wanting to stay a little longer.
