great place the master bedroom bed could be one size bigger like a queen other then that great place. lots of space and close to the beach and town.

Very nice house in the woods of Valeria. Very spacious and comfortable property with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8. Everything was very clean, well equipped, we felt right at home. Wim a genius, he was not in the area and we communicated by message, but he was super attentive and decisive, giving us clear and precise instructions. Really nice weekend last weekend. I would definitely come back!

Exceeded expectations. The stay was extremely comfortable. The house gave us all the amenities we need. We had a very rainy weekend and yet we were very happy with how much fun we had. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, with good heating and with access and ocean views. Complex amenities make it enjoyable at all times of the year, 24h reception, maid service, elevator and carport, heated pool... all excellent. The location is unbeatable, quiet and with private access to the sea. Undoubtedly a highly recommended place and the host, Luciano was very attentive, gave us advice and attention at all times. For a getaway or a good vacation, as a couple or as a family, it's ideal. We hope to be back soon.

It's a beautiful apartment!!! Lots of silence and privacy to rest in peace. The nicest thing is its terrace, which is spectacular to spend the day on, two blocks from the beach. A safe building with a garage. We will be back!

The apartment is very comfortable! It has all the necessary elements to cook and use the grill. It doesn't have air conditioning in the living room, but with the air conditioning in the rooms and the fan, we were super comfortable. Highly recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and children.

The apartment is luxurious, it has very good heating, this beautiful decorated, the shower water comes out strong and hot, the spaces are large, the dining kitchen is so nice that we didn't want to leave there, the area is beautiful to go for a walk. At night you hear the sea, beautiful. I already rented it 4 times and when I leave I want to rent it again.

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach. Claudio's attention from the first moment was excellent, always attentive to any need.

The apartment is very nice, it has everything you show in the pictures. The street on which it is located, goes straight to the beach (it's a few blocks, but all straight). To spend a few days, it's great. You can also keep the car in a covered carport and the manager is available and very attentive to any need. IT IS pet FRIENDLY and that adds a plus.
