Beautiful house! Just like the photos. We were four couples traveling with children and we were very comfortable.

Very nice house in Costa Esmeralda, a 5-minute drive to the beach within the same neighborhood. Modern as shown in the photos and well-equipped with cooking utensils. Box-spring beds, comfortable with good mattresses. Maximo responds quickly to any questions.

The house is beautiful, it is fully furnished and equipped, you could live there, it had everything. Marisa welcomed us very warmly and resolved anything we might need. Natalia was always in touch and was super cool. Both were very helpful. The location is perfect, in the middle of the forest, very close to the beach and downtown. We could walk everywhere without having to take the car out. The truth is that everything was impeccable, we had a wonderful vacation.

The house is very nice, functional and equipped. Excellent security (mobile around the neighborhood at all times). We went with our pet and the perimeter fence gave us peace of mind. The wooded background should contribute cool in summer. I can't give an opinion on the pool: time did not accompany The mattress in perfect condition which ensured a good rest. The apartment was ideal for us for the amenities and for the location (near the beach and downtown). It has a spectacular view. The host and building manager, very accessible and very friendly. I would come back without hesitation!

Excellent place. We were comfortable the entire stay. We were 7, maybe from 10 as the people limit says is a little small but for the amount we were we were very comfortable. The location is good, you are not close to anything but there is also something that is far away, being able to walk everywhere without a problem. We were surprised by the amount of crockery, cutlery and kitchen items there were. The upstairs room was tricky to sleep because it was very hot and brought up a lot of humidity but with a safaba fan. The complex is very peaceful. Overall everything was excellent, no complaints about anything in particular. Highly recommended.

Ceci is a very nice, attentive and responsible host. We felt at home. Our vacation was wonderful. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is in the apartment. There is a washer and dryer, very practical! The house is quiet, there are pine trees around, pretty houses. It's very nice for walking. The excellent beach is not far away. There are shops nearby, but you can order delivery from Carrefour. Very practical. We'll definitely be back again!
