Everything was perfect! We were going to stay 1 week and in the end we liked the place that we stayed 2 so much! The place is super relaxed and with a private patio for our dog.

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, with good heating and with access and ocean views. Complex amenities make it enjoyable at all times of the year, 24h reception, maid service, elevator and carport, heated pool... all excellent. The location is unbeatable, quiet and with private access to the sea. Undoubtedly a highly recommended place and the host, Luciano was very attentive, gave us advice and attention at all times. For a getaway or a good vacation, as a couple or as a family, it's ideal. We hope to be back soon.

The house is very nice, functional and equipped. Excellent security (mobile around the neighborhood at all times). We went with our pet and the perimeter fence gave us peace of mind. The wooded background should contribute cool in summer. I can't give an opinion on the pool: time did not accompany The mattress in perfect condition which ensured a good rest. A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was difficult to get to the accommodation, after 5 hours of travel the location did not match the apartment. The photos, being taken from a drone, were not recognized even by people from nearby hotels. The building name was not in the listing details, nor were nearby references. That was quite frustrating upon arrival. Otherwise it is comfortable, very well located, has beach service, and the heated pool was clean. The water in the showers never came out hot, but rather lukewarm, but the towel service and the staff were nice.

Our stay in this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The apartment was excellent and perfectly equipped, with very comfortable rooms. Natalia answered all our questions, the apartment is as shown in the photos, the complex is very nice, the garage is accessible, the location is the best, you can walk everywhere, and you have everything nearby. Carlos, the security guy, was very friendly. The gate control didn't work for us and they changed it quickly. We used the heated pool. For my taste it could be a little warmer, but we still enjoyed it. Very good stay, I recommend it!

The apartment is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, the apartment has blackout blinds which helps a lot. About 2 blocks away there is a supermarket with everything you might need. You can literally hear the beach from the apartment, a very quiet area, away from the center. I highly recommend it for a quiet family vacation

We absolutely loved staying in this house! The apartment is perfect, especially for families — spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The large dishwasher was a great time-saver, and the view is simply magnificent. You can enjoy the ocean from the living room, which makes every moment special. The outdoor grill was a nice bonus, and although we didn’t get a chance to use all the facilities, the whole area is beautifully maintained. It seems like a shortcut to the ocean will be available soon, which will make this place even more accessible from the beach. Overall, this is truly one of the best places to stay by the ocean. We hope to come back someday!
