We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

The Place is relaxing and very nice place for family outing. I will recommend this to all my friends and family. Hosts are really accommodating and friendly. Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with your family and friends in Pansol/Calamba Laguna, Celine’s place is the spot. Place is super clean, organize and well maintained. It’s like a secret garden with a natural hot spring pool and Jacuzzi. Kuya Joseph (caretaker) is also very nice and helpful. Make sure to use Celine’s instruction on how to get to the house for the address shown on the listing is a bit confusing. My family and I had a great time and we will definitely comeback. I highly recommend Celine’s place!

It is a cute and cozy townhouse with the added bonus of a small garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It was very clean, and the sleeping room was absolutely great! Overall, it is nicely furnished. As a digital nomad, I could work comfortably there. Good space for parking is also included. Everyone was very friendly, especially the caretaker, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. The neighborhood in general had a very friendly vibe. At the end of the small sidestreet, there’s a fantastic Thai restaurant, as well as a Korean and Japanese restaurant beside. A Jollibee is also just around the corner. Smaller shops for fresh fruits and vegetables are close by, while the larger malls are a bit away but still manageable. I absolutely loved the place and could easily extend my stay. I can recommended!

We're a couple with a German Shepherd dog. Overall value for money is great! Willy, the host's assistant, was very accommodating. He helped us with all our concerns with the check-in, kitchen, and transportation. Our dog loved it in the neighborhood!

Stayed here for 2 nights with our family of 16 people and it was certainly a memorable trip. Everyone enjoyed and had a relaxing and fun experience. The amenities are great especially the use of ATV and the bonfire. The staff are all very helpful and accommodating. We'll definitely consider this for our future family outings.

location: when you want to be surrounded by nature, then this is one great place. price: a very friendly rate. services: food can be ordered, from breakfast to dinner and in between. leisure activities like boating, fishing and island hopping is offered. swim pools and game rooms were all available for all ages. pets are allowed. accommodation: staying at King's Landing is like having the nature as your backdrop at your parent's place. protected from the weather, yet free enough to enjoy everything. amenities: we would have swam in the small lake but we just ran out of time. a 3-day stay would be nice. Tilapia fish could be ordered in the morning, so that was nice too. island hopping was something that we also missed. so we will do that next time. staff: very friendly and accommodating. they are visible whenever you need something. Tents are cozy, clean and private enough. suggestions: ✓ the menu could be laminated and be inside the tents, with a number to send message to, so we can readily order. numbers can also be placed beside tents for easy references. ✓birthday/anniversary packages (like decorations inside or outside the tent,.food packages) offers. ✓souvenir items perhaps?

Although we did not get to stay due to the rainy weather the night before our stay, the host communicated to us well the condition of the property and provided us a full refund. This alone makes us trust that his listing is accurate. We hope to be able to enjoy his property in the future.

I had a wonderful stay and was able to relax for a couple of days. The place was peaceful, clean, and exactly what I needed for a short getaway. The host was welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. The only problem I encountered was that there were times that the WiFi was not working, but overall, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for family gathering!

I booked Emma's place for my cousins who are currently vacationing in the Philippines. According to them, the place is cozy and clean, and in a convenient location. Emma was a great host as she (or her husband) responded to my messages right away. They provided clear and detailed instructions for the unit. I will definitely recommend their place for anyone who wishes to stay in Sta. Rosa area. My cousins and I would like to extend our sincerest thanks to Emma.

My friends and I had a great time while we were at Gracy’s plus shes’s very communicative and was gracious enough to answer wjayever questions we have right away. Diffenitely wr would comeback again.

Booked the place on the day of our check-in as a last minute decision to go to Tagaytay for our wedding anniversary. The unit is big (corner unit)and situated on the ground floor. What I liked most is that it has a king-sized bed with a pull out bed (queen-sized). We have our two kids (21 y/o and 14 y/o) with us and the sleeping arrangement is so perfect for us. Beds and pillows are comfy, comforters were provided too. The unit also has a veranda which our shih tzu loved staying at (smelling the pine trees while appreciating the cool breeze). And yes, it’s really pet-friendly. The building itself and the unit may be old but it’s clean, smells good and complete with utensils and appliances. We just got lost at first in locating the building but the guards along the way were friendly and very helpful. We also got to meet Alexie when we checked out who’s very warm and friendly. Thanks again for our relaxing and wonderful stay!

Casa Luminaria was more than what our group of 16 expected. The place was unique and offered a lot of open spaces where the adults and the youth could hang around to chat or just snooze. Loved the pool! It was just the right temperature for either a morning or evening swim, plus it was really photogenic. The staff was nice enough to prepare us a spot for a bonfire which we never really got to use because we were already blissfully distracted with our card games. The property is secluded enough and vast that we didn’t have to worry about being too noisy for the neighbors. You could see that the place needed some cosmetic fix-ups, with some dried leaves and plants on the ground, the roof and in the gardens. But, overall, it was a nicely located charmingly rustic piece of heaven for young folks and seniors. Rowena supplied drinking water & a coffee maker but do drop by one of the fresh buko stalls nearby. Appreciated how Rowena was so accommodating. Definitely worth a return visit!

Nice corner unit which gets a good breeze if you want to turn off the AC and get some fresh air. Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping. Very accommodating host who went out of the way to assist us.
