We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, beautiful, and had a very relaxing ambiance. The rooms being right beside the pool was a huge plus, especially for us with kids — it made it so easy to keep an eye on them while they played and swam. The space was generous and well laid out, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together. Yanna and Jason were amazing hosts — they made sure we had everything we needed and attended to us right away whenever we had questions or requests. Their hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Ms. Ann is very responsive even weeks before check in date. Felt secured staying in a compound with their family. My dad and I had a meaningful conversation with Ate Baby and Kuya Tony (Ms. Ann's parents). Thats probably one of the best "features" I love ☺️ The place is very wide and welcoming too. I love the kitchen. Its complete with all necessary pans and utensils. We enjoyed it very much!

TRUE HOME away from home! ✨🏡 We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were able to relax and celebrate my birthday. 🎉 Good laughs, good foods and memories as a family. Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! Miguel’s place is a gem! Very peaceful surroundings and the house itself is clean and beautiful. Really a home away from home. We really enjoyed as the place had almost everything we need and Miguel is very responsive to all our queries. Will definitely go back, if you are looking for a peaceful and very relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend Miguel’s place. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. Host is responsive and nice as well as Kuya Kirk. The location is peaceful, accessible and spacious - good for family staycations. plus points for parking, no need to worry for those with car. definitely SULIT.

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

Booking Experience - you have to plan and decide ahead if you want to experience this place as it always fully book. Our event held May 10 2025 however I booked and reserved the place as early as October 2024. Communication - The host response and answered all my inquiries in timely manner. She is very accommodating and patiently address my concerns. Place - from the boat terminal going to the venue is remarkable experience. KLebrix Lakehouse is such a beautiful place, the interior design of the houses matches the beauty of Lake Lumot. What I also love about, is the Pavillion (dinning and kitchen located) it is separated from the 2 houses. You can cook and make noise while preparing meal without distracting the sleep/rest of the guest. My daughter's bday theme is Dora the Explorer. So many things you can do for this place. We had a great time! i particularly enjoyed that my Apollo the chow can roam freely around the area unleashed without the fear of having to loose him or be exposed to other dogs since he is not used to it, and can swim in the pool too! The place is nice, needs a little upkeeping but is at par with my expectations. There were 3 rooms but my family and i occupied the big one inside the house since we love to snuggle together and share stories before we sleep during these vacations, but the 2 nipa rooms were also good nevertheless, despite the smell of varnish (not sure if it is varnish). Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms are also okay. And most importantly, as someone who loves to go on vacation on rental homes, water supply is great! And no power interruptions during our stay!❤️ We also love the access to the stream. Overall id say it was a great and relaxing stay. thanks to kuya ( i didn't get his name) who assisted us during the entire stay. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Asraya! the place is cozy enough for group of 15 pax and above and the amenities are just what we needed. Perfect for a short getaway!

Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms are hotel- like and were beautifully designed. The furnitures are modern and well-kept. It is a kid-friendly place with all the modern amenities that the kids and kids at heart will love. The game room is certainly what the kids would want to go back to. The furniture layout is perfect and is one that encourages bonding. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place!

Had a great stay at this charming farmstay! The peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor kitchen was superb well equipped and perfect for cooking while enjoying the fresh air. Special mention to Mr. Mack, who accommodated and answered all our queries as promptly as possible. And to Ms. KC, who welcomed us like we were not strangers at all. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a farmlike setting.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The place was spacious enough for our group, and the setup worked perfectly for both kids and adults. The kids loved playing on the PlayStation in the living room, while the adults enjoyed chatting in the dining area with easy access and movement around the kitchen. The extra space in the laundry area was a great bonus for drying our wet clothes after our day trip to a nearby resort. We also appreciated the convenience of the honesty store — we picked up some drinks like soda, coffee, and soju, all reasonably priced. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed our requests, such as providing a kitchen rag/towel and drinking water. Thank you DM's Crib for accommodating us.

We'll definitely be coming back—one night here just wasn’t enough! The place is super beautiful, and you really feel close to nature since you’re actually staying on a working farm. It’s private and cozy, and the whole unit is yours for the entire stay. Ms. Sarah (the co-host and the host’s mom) was really nice, super accommodating, and easy to chat with. Mr. Helper (sorry, forgot his name!) was great too—he helped us out with a few things we forgot to bring. My partner and I had a great time doing some BBQ, shooting hoops on the mini basketball court, and enjoying the pool all to ourselves. The only bummer was we didn’t get to do the bonfire since it unexpectedly rained that night. Hopefully we can book this again in October for our anniversary. Thanks so much for the awesome stay!

Barako house was a great property to stay in. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the kitchen is well-equipped with amenities to cook in and dine with loved ones. The pool was lovely and it allowed us to destress. Would recommend to friends!

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!
