From the house and the garden, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf of Paradiso. The house has an outdoor space for reading, having lunch... The sea is a 10-minute walk down a gentle staircase; from the house, you can set off on various excursions. The center of Genoa is about 30 minutes away by car. The train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.
