Ricardo and Caterina are very welcoming hosts, they have always been available to advise and guide us. They are really adorable and very attentive. The accommodation is great close to everything and especially quiet not far from a vineyard where you can go for an aperitif in front of Tuscany. The place is super convenient for a family. Room for our business. The garden is closed for children, it's really safe. There is nothing to report. The view is beautiful over Tuscan. This will be our new home if we return to Siena. Absolute gem 10 minutes ride from Arezzo! We spent here whole month, working remotely and taking few days off. Anna gave us precise instructions how to find the apartment, it was self-checkin, so everything was very smooth. This apartment was crystal clean when we came, it has everything you need for long-term stay: fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, full size table. There is a small living room combined with kitchen, but it was totally sufficient for having some rest after a long day. Bathroom is very spacious and super clean - there is also a washing machine with detergents, also external clothes dryer. Bedroom has big comfy bed with comfortable sheets - we really felt like home here. Regarding work, the internet was sometimes slower, but we were both able to work concurrently during the day. Overall, it was amazing experience, this apartment is at great spot, 2-mins from highway, 10 mins from Arezzo, 1min walk there is bar/coffee/shop. Thank you very much!

Had a perfect stay at this beautiful apartment in the lovely San Gusme village. Elvira was an amazing host, going out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Had some amazing local recommendations and was overall a faultless host. The village and scenery is unbelievable with plenty to do nearby - we rented a car which I do heavily recommend as the location is somewhat remote. Zero complaints!! Had an amazing trip and would definitely return. Thank you Elvira! ❤️❤️
