Nice and well-kept apartment, some details to improve but everything clean and with every comfort. Kitchen equipped with pots, dishes and everything you need to prepare something, on arrival we found a wonderful tray with everything you need for breakfast. Very clean bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and towels. Comfortable rooms with books and games for children and adults. Location close to San Marino, Rimini easily reachable by car. Recommended place, very kind and helpful host.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

Great 5-night experience in Roberto's apartment. It had everything you could need. The location is great for reaching the sea or any service, both on foot and by bike, even with small children (as in our case). We had a great time and highly recommend it!
