The house is located in the village of Banka, about 10 minutes from the spa center, in a very quiet area near the forest. The apartment is located on the GROUND FLOOR of a FAMILY HOME, has a separate entrance, two bedrooms, 4 beds (+2 upstairs – see ACCOMMODATION FOR COMPANIES), a living room, a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen, and a renovated bathroom. The area is about 110 m2. WiFi throughout the grounds. The accommodation is also suitable for patients undergoing treatment at Adela Medical Center. Another part of the house, also with a separate entrance, is used by the owner.

Nearby there is the Sĺňava dam, water skiing, swimming pools, a cycling route, the Eko Park zoo and fun park for children, Piešťany 4 km. A massage chair, hot tub and sun loungers are available throughout your stay. Behind the house is an oasis of peace in the form of a small magical garden under the forest with a second terrace, where you will find outdoor seating, a barbecue and a fireplace for roasting. Rental of paddleboard and inflatable canoe by agreement.

There are plenty of paid parking spots in front of the apartment, and free parking is 500m away.

Our barrier free home is located in a modern, family oriented development, Lodenica. We are a 2 min drive/10 min walk via a beautiful and protected wheelchair path to the Adeli Medical Centre. NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE NOTE that we have two adult cats that are members of our family they were both born here and are extremely friendly. they are indoor/outdoor and it is very easy to take care of them. they love children. if you are not comfortable with cats please do not send a request. NO PETS.

Not just accommodation but an experience in nature. 3 minute drive/15 minute walk to town center. My home in the trees (I live here, not just an airbnb rental) overlooks the lake in a tranquil area with a large garden, orchard and fruit trees. WE HAVE 2, VERY FRIENDLY, 4 YEAR OLD CATS LIVING OUTSIDE IN THE GARDEN. if you don't like cats please do not send a request.
