Old house, completely renovated, with a view of the Loire from all rooms. Access to the city center 200 meters away (all shops and restaurants), Loire by bike, walks... Château de Chambord 20 km away. The house is accessible from Beaugency train station on foot, possibility to store bicycles in the basement or to park your car very easily. Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

Located on the road to the castles, between Chambord and Cheverny, come and recharge your batteries for a few days in the peace and quiet of our house, restored in 2019. On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

Villa Bois Chaumont Gite

Old hunting lodge dating from 1895. The cottage accommodates 9 to 10 guests with its 4 bedrooms. It is adjoining the owners' house. Peaceful haven surrounded by forests 2.5 km from the village and 2 hours from Paris. Another gîte for 5 people on the property (orchard house) On site, board games, Molki game and petanque balls. You will stay close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo, Sancerre vineyards, hiking, horseback riding…
