A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. In the heart of a small village in Touraine, I welcome you to this charming country house completely renovated in 2019 with a quiet private garden facing the church. Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.
