The house is absolutely charming with small details everywhere, the kitchen well equiped and the rooms have plenty of space. We really enjoyed the small path to the river on which we sent paper boats every day. We loved being surrounded by nature and the area was very peaceful. The small village is also 30 min away from most of the chateaux which is very convenient. Both Sophie and Charles are very kind, resposive and friendly. We had a great time and we recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Christophe's home. The house is very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The garden is beautiful and a great place to relax and dine at any time of day. Our children learnt to kayak during our stay. The river is very calm and very safe. It is perfect for children. Christophe is a fantastic host. Very proactive with information, he is kind and is always availale for help if required. Pur cat, Smokey, had a wonderful time, watching ducks and exploring. We would be happy to stay in the future and reccomend to anyone.

We had a great time. The cabin faces the Loir with a beautiful outdoor area and veranda. The ability to boat is very nice and the place is perfectly clean. Located 20min from Châteaudun, it is a nice place to stay for a tour of the city and surroundings. All our questions were very well received and the check-in information was very clear. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. Quality equipment and materials. Impeccably clean. Great amenities. We were greeted by Renaud, a very friendly host who gave us good advice on the surroundings. We recommend it without so much as a second thought :) We dined at the restaurant a stone's throw away, recommended in the listing: the weekend. Nice discovery too, very good products and pleasant restaurateur. Looking forward to returning to the area.

We had a pleasant stay. The place, on the banks of the Loire, is rejuvenating. The loft allows you to make the most of it thanks to its location and bay windows. It has all comforts. A beautiful spot with the river at the bottom of the garden. Very comfortable house and really peaceful but also close to all the amenities - we loved getting the tram into Orleans. Messing about on the river was great and we made good use of local swimming spots. Check the swimsuit requirements if going to the local pool! Plenty to see and do in the area - would highly recommend it.

We just spent a few days of rest and beautiful visits at Grégoire's a very welcoming and available host. We particularly enjoyed the private tour of the chatelet thank you very much as well as the proximity of many castles. Recommended!
