Our stay with Sheila and Silvia was fantastic! They were terrific hosts, and the property exceeded our expectations with its beauty and impeccable cleanliness. We opted for extra meals and a cooking class, and everything was outstanding. Silvia is an incredible chef, and the dinners she prepared were some of our best meals during our trip to Italy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The property offers stunning views, nestled in the hills about a 20-25 minute drive from Cortona via scenic, winding roads, so having a car is essential. There’s so much to explore within a 30-minute to 2-hour drive, from lakeside towns and wine tastings to thermal baths, spas, charming medieval villages, and plenty of Michelin-starred restaurants. I highly recommend booking here for a relaxing, delicious, and comfortable getaway.

Nous sommes cinq amis à avoir séjourné à Molbena (Villa Rasina) et nous en sommes tous enchantés. L’endroit est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent être au plus proche de la nature Toscane. La vue est magnifique, la maison est superbe, la piscine incroyable. Le petit chemin privé pour accéder à la maison donne un petit côté exceptionnel et privilégié à l’endroit. Nous avons pleinement profité de la nature environnante. Il existe même des sentiers et chemins sur lesquels nous avons fait quelques petites randonnées. Certes la maison reste éloignée mais une fois que vous avez fait vos courses pour le séjour vous n’aurez plus envie d’aller ailleurs ! De plus Fiorenzo et son fils Francesco ont été très réactifs à nos demandes et ont pu gérer notamment la perte d’un bagage à l’aéroport de Rome. Un grand merci à eux !

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Anwesen, das über eine sehr kurvige und steile Schotterstraße zu erreichen ist. Swimmingpool und Außenplätze sind sehr gepflegt, es gibt einen extra Waschraum und Platz für Barbecue. Das Appartement ist sehr urig und schlicht gehalten, die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine und einem großen Kochfeld und Ofen ausgestattet, an Küchenutensilien ist das nötigste vorhanden. Sehr netter Empfang mit Prosecco und Kuchen von Franco.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser charmanten Unterkunft in der Toskana! Alles war genauso wie auf den Bildern – sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Der Gastgeber und seine Frau waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

Margherita was a wonderful host. She always replied immediately, she gave a lot of tips and told us a bit about the history of the house, which was first build in 1580 and then extended a few times. The house is in a very remote location. It’s right outside a tiny village and at the end of a little road. The vast garden looks over the green neighboring hills and though rarely a car drives by you feel super private and off grid. They planted some beautiful flowers and if you like to cook you can use some very aromatic herbs from the garden. The swimming pool is large, one side less deep, so older children can play in it. There’s plenty of deck chairs and an outside dining area next to a grill. We loved the house as well- it’s apparent that there was a lot of love put into careful renovations- leaving most of the old structures and adding modern comfort. All in all it’s a quiet, beautiful paradise!

Para valorar esta propiedad, hay que empezar por el ANFITRIÓN, un profesional en toda regla. Desde el minuto 0 de la reserva, hasta la salida; siempre atento, muy amable y muy profesional. Es un placer conocer gente seria y esto la da un valor a la aplicación. La beach house, es un paraíso en Italia. Fácil acceso, cuidado al detalle, paz, naturaleza, comodidad. Nuestro viaje era en familia con nuestros dos caniches y creo que fueron los que más disfrutaron de la propiedad, verlos correr y saltar por las zonas verdes de la propiedad y convivir con muchas aves, conejos no tiene precio. Nuestra hija disfrutó su estancia estudiando y con la paz y tranquilidad del lugar, no le costó nada concentrarse. Nosotros en cambio, hicimos turismo por la zona, todo muy cerca y bien comunicado por carretera. Es una propiedad muy cuidada, segura y sobretodo disfrutar de sus puesta de sol, sentado en una tumbona, disfrutando de un buen vino (de la zona) es una experiencia irrepetible. Gracias Maurizio.

"Dolce Far Niente" Ein absolut wunderbarer Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und neue Energie zu tanken. Wir – und auch unser Hund – haben uns rundum wohl und sicher gefühlt, sowohl im Haus als auch im liebevoll angelegten Garten. Das Highlight war definitiv der Poolbereich – dort haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht und einfach die Ruhe und Sonne genossen 🌞. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind richtig traurig, schon wieder abreisen zu müssen, und hoffen sehr, dass wir eines Tages zurückkommen dürfen 🤩.
