The cleanest Airbnb that I’ve been in so far and just so cosy; pictures definitely match the actual place. Host was prompt with fulfilling requests. The only thing I would say is that because it is a side-by-side duplex, there can sometimes be a noise disturbance but it was not bad enough to make my stay less enjoyable and overall neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. All in all would definitely book again.

Beautiful place!! It is the perfect place for us with kids. There are board games and a great selection of dvd movies. The place looks exactly what it is in the photos. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, restaurants are a short drive away. What stood out for us was how warm, responsive and accommodating Spencer was. He even made us feel welcome with a surprise from a famous bakery in LA! We will surely book his place again.

My family and I stayed here for several days while visiting family and colleges. The kids loved the pool, ping pong table and air hockey. Long and the team were incredibly responsive. The house was beautiful, and clean. The views are stunning. This place is at the top of the list for our next trip to the area

I highly recommend this place. Its quiet and safe. There’s a Walmart and various shops across the street from the community.

Our getaway was a quick weekend trip. The house accommodated my family and my brother’s family well. The house is near the freeway, not too far from theme parks and Hollywood. Local coffee shops near by. We didn’t get to enjoy the backyard but there was a grill and tables set up. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing trip! Steven was a great host, very responsive and welcoming. The property was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family getaway. One of the biggest highlights was the backyard. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play, which was a huge plus for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

About the host: Armando was very friendly and communicated very well with clear instructions and details. He was very accommodating The space: The private parking was a must have for this area. The space is a vintage 50s building that is rustic and simple. Very clean with a comfortable bed. The place had security so we felt very safe although the area is safe in general. Very close to quaint downtown shops and restaurants.

This home was perfect for our trip. Super clean, spacious, and a peaceful neighborhood. Maria was very friendly and responsive! She made us feel right at home even if it was just for a few days! Would definitely book this place and with her again; and definitely would recommend her to others!

Alexandra really cared about it our family and made sure everything was convenient and smooth. Traveling with little kids to see family is tough so having someone like Alexandra was super helpful. Plus the place is a gem! It’s close to everything, inside is very clean and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable!!

es muy cómodo el lugar, limpio, tranquilo, esta a 40 minutos de disneylsnd y 30 de estudios universal, 25 minutos del centro y a 10 o 15 minutos de áreas comerciales,(en auto), muy cerca hay tiendas, áreas de comida, tiene su propio lugar de estacionamiento techado, en general excelente, muy buen lugar para pasar tus vacaciones en LA en familia.

Staying at Jeffery’s place in Pasadena was such a treat. He was super helpful and quick to respond anytime we needed something. The apartment is beautiful—quiet, private, and nestled in a really gorgeous neighborhood. It honestly felt like a little escape, but still close to everything: awesome restaurants, cute shops, and some great hiking spots. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better spot or a kinder host. Highly recommend!

Loved Jonathan's spot. Clean, modern, and easy to get to. Free garage parking was a bonus. Will rent again from Jonathan for sure!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! You were so responsive to our messages and just made our stay much more comfortable. Again thank you for everything.

Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!
