Kristin and Richard run an incresibly nice studio behind their house in South Pasadena. It had great amenities, felt very private, and was centrally located with great access to activities in the area. Checking in was a breeze and Kristin and Richard were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Besides the studio being clean and well stocked, I was delighted at the natural features of the property, their adjacent garden/ small animal enclosures. I would definitely stay again without hesitation.

I was in town for a work convention but had a wonderful stay at Christine’s place. The home is comfortable and clean and Christine was a very considerate and friendly host. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Its central to many amenities. Maybe 10 minutes from the Anaheim convention center and Disney. 1-1.5 hr to LA. 20 minutes to the coast. 20 minutes to the Santa Ana airport. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Cute downtown shopping. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

David was an excellent host and helped us out in a pinch when our previous reservation was cancelled last minute! Was very quick to respond especially when I had difficulty finding the check in instructions. Place was queen and quiet!

Place was an amazing stay. The area was nice and quiet. Entrance to the place was very easy and the place has a pool and outdoor patio with a fire pit which was amazing! Beds and sheets were very comfortable and soft with an AC available. The room has a complimentary coffee station which was amazing!!! The place was clean and aesthetic! Highly suggest this place!

Bryant and Margaret were excellent hosts! Their guesthouse is comfortable, quiet, and in an extremely convenient location. I stayed for several weeks and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jacob’s space. It was three blocks from downtown and very easy to move around the area. They were wonderful host house was ex extraordinarily comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was cozy without feeling crap. We have plenty of room to unpack and plenty of room to move around. We had breakfast either in the dining area or out on the front patio every morning.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Alina’s bungalow is an amazing retreat to canyon views with easy access to restaurants and shops. With personalized treatment and a comfortable environment, it’s a welcome respite from the valley.

While we give Karen's place 5 stars, we would give more if there was the option! The studio is thoughtfully decorated with every detail. It is clear that she put her heart into decorating the unit. It is also pristine clean. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to prepare meals if you wish. The unit's bright lighting and view of the gardens make for a pleasant, peaceful stay. The neighborhood is amazing and we enjoyed walking to take in the architecture and landscaping. The location is ideal to many SoCal attractions. Finally, Karen is an amazing host. She is a responsive and accommodating communicator. She anticipates your every need.

I stayed at Dana’s place in Monrovia, CA for a couple of days and had a great experience. The space was super clean, peaceful, and relaxing—just what I needed. Dana was incredibly supportive; when I was confused during check-in, she showed up right away to help. The location is perfect for me since I come to the area for work once a month, it's close to the business and also near great hiking trails and restaurants. Most importantly, the neighborhood feels very safe. Highly recommend!

This space is amazing! The outdoor front yard really makes the place. We were with small kiddos and they loved being outside and hanging out watching the planes coming in. Ernesto was very communicative and the inside had everything you would need. We had such a great time and are hoping to book it again in the future. Great place and host!

This was my family and I first time staying at an AirBnB. It was a great experience. My children loved the animal end tables. The space was a nice size for us and I especially loved the private side yard and entrance. I will stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at the casita! Michael and Sara were awesome hosts and I was welcomed into the space. Hosts were really communicative and quickly responded to any questions that I had. The space was beautiful both indoors and outdoors, and the kitchen was nicely stocked with the basics. The water pitcher was a really nice touch and highly appreciated when I arrived. Parking was not difficult, managed to park on the street and the hosts offered the driveway space as well. Overall, I had a great time staying here, and it is a spot I would highly recommend and consider staying again next time I'm in the area. Thank you for hosting me.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Leticia’s guest house. It was exactly what I needed for my short visit: quiet, spotless, peaceful, and relaxing. The space felt cared for and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I also really enjoyed chatting with Ricardo, who was kind, warm, and genuine. I’m grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic stay, well worth the price. The pool house feels like it's right out of the 30's or 40's. The pool itself was right out of the same time period with lavender lining one side and table and chairs on the other. The place was spotless and wonderful to stay in. I loved every minute of it. Kim did a fantastic job decorating the space. She was responsive and friendly. Just what I needed.

We had an amazing stay at John's (& co) AirBnB! Everything was as advertised, photos and descriptions matched what was actually provided. It's a smaller space but in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Has everything you need - kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, fully stocked restroom, comfy full-sized bed, and a laundry room at your disposal. Everything we wanted or needed was there, the hosts were extremely responsive (usually within 3 mins I got a response), and checkin and out were a breeze. It was a smooth, peaceful stay, for 2 of us + 1 pet. If you're in the area and want an extremely neat, tidy, clean, peaceful space (or if you're more introverted), I highly recommend staying here. The value you will get is undeniable. From the pristine, fully stocked place, to the amenities, the very responsive hosts, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. We look forward to staying here again!

Bing and Jessica's guest house was the perfect place for us to relax and recover after our backpacking trip. It had everything we wanted for our brief stay: a well-stocked kitchen, laundry machines, and a big TV with access to Netflix! The backyard garden was also very pretty. Overall, a wonderful stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We were visiting Southern California for a wedding and decided to stay some extra days in Highland Park. So many great restaurants, cafes, and little shops to explore in the area. Georgia and Lee’s Airbnb looked exactly like the photos and was very relaxing. The aesop bath products felt like luxury. Although the space is small, it was very comfortable and cozy. Thank you again for a great stay!
