Monthly Rentals in Pico do Jaraguá

The stay was excellent! The environment was super clean, well organized and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything worked perfectly, which made the experience even more comfortable. The host was very attentive and always responded promptly to messages, demonstrating proactivity and care in ensuring a good stay. I highly recommend and I will definitely return!

The apartment is great and in very good taste. The building is secure and I spent great days with great peace and quiet. It is well worth it, I recommend.

Staying at Fernanda's was great. The apartment is perfect for 1 person, even if you have lots of stuff with you like I did. Fernanda was always very responsive and made sure to solve all the small problems I had very quickly. She made the experience so much better because of how friendly she is. There's a supermarket, gym and restaurants nearby, a big avenue with buses that go everywhere and if you prefer to the an Uber, it takes you quickly to the most central/relevant places. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay in terms of appliances and furniture so it's very handy. I'd highly recommend staying at this apartment if you're visiting São Paulo. The only negative point I found in the apartment is that it's too hot in there (but they're trying to get permission to put the AC so it should be better soon!).

We loved the reception, the place is very clean and easy to access. We will definitely be back.
