This gem was a wonderful find in this area of Tennessee. Nestled right between Pickett and Big South Fork, I was able to easily get to trails on either side in no time at all. The property was quiet and peaceful with birdsong and the gentle water sounds out back. The bed was the perfect amount of support and comfort and I am really picky about mattress comfort. I fell asleep so easily. The air conditioning unit is located in the kitchen window and the host provided plenty of fans to keep the air flow to your liking. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking and I loved watching the horses in the pasture nearby. No complaints, only positives at this spot. Would definitely stay again.

Perfection doesn't exist but we were happy. The Fridge Magnet couldn't explain the place any better :) Great Neighborhood, super convenient to Sunset Marina Easy trailer parking, House had everything you need and was functional.

I think this was my fourth time staying at Tracy’s Beason house. It won’t be my last. It’s perfect for a couple bass boats and four people if you’re planning a fishing trip. It’s a very quiet area. My friends and I love it. Highly recommend.

Really wonderful experience. The house was incredibly comfortable and in a very beautiful neighborhood. The property itself was big, lots of trees, private, all fenced in - trails right outside for exploring. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our favorite amenity was the hottub on the back porch. We used it multiple times a day and sat out gazing at stars in it at night. We would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved this place! It was beautiful, private, and had everything we were looking for! There were so many extras provided (spices, cooking supplies, laundry tabs, spare batteries, etc.) that you don't often find in other places. The drive up was a little daunting at first, but we made it with no issues in our minivan. The location is secluded, but it is an easy 10-15 drive to the grocery store if you need anything. We truly loved our stay!

My finance and I took a short get away and had a wonderful time. The RV was so clean and hosts were very helpful and friendly. Peaceful and a great place relax.
