Great little place to stay. Super easy check in and clean! Dale Hollow lake is only 10 min away. Perfect place to relax and rewind.

This place was great!! Owners were great at getting back with me on any questions quickly and was the perfect place for our trip and had everything we needed and more.

We were just in for a brief trip, but we were sad about that the minute we walked through the door. This place was immaculate, exactly as described, and the bed was COMFORTABLE. The water pressure is great, the couch looked comfortable, but we honestly just slept there and left. The host kindly left a personal note for us, and I ended up keeping that. Little did they know it was our anniversary, so it’s going in our memories box. Just super friendly people, very flexible, and the home was exactly as it looks. Would 10/10 stay here again and for longer. First time staying in Livingston, but looks like there’s a lot to do between there and Spencer — we will be back!

This AB&B was perfect. First and foremost very clean. Had everything I needed and hosts answered the one question I had very quickly. I have stayed twice in same location and hope to be back!

This was a very enjoyable experience. Amy was just great with clear instructions and information. The property was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The decorative elements were so nice. My mother was traveling with me. She especially enjoyed and remembered many of the scenes pictured on the canvas photos throughout the apartment. We are both originally from Oneida but moved to Kentucky in 1972.

The little blue house was super cute and clean. It was fun watching the animals in the back. Would definitely book again!

Even though we only spent 2 nights it had more than enough room for the six of us. It was a beautiful place with lots of parking beautiful area would recommend the stay would come back. Hope to be back next year again

Perfection doesn't exist but we were happy. The Fridge Magnet couldn't explain the place any better :) Great Neighborhood, super convenient to Sunset Marina Easy trailer parking, House had everything you need and was functional.

Really wonderful experience. The house was incredibly comfortable and in a very beautiful neighborhood. The property itself was big, lots of trees, private, all fenced in - trails right outside for exploring. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our favorite amenity was the hottub on the back porch. We used it multiple times a day and sat out gazing at stars in it at night. We would definitely stay here again.
