I liked the place

We really enjoyed our stay in Quito at Mildred’s place! It had everything we needed. The building was quiet and secure. The security guards on staff were super friendly and available 24/7. Check in and out was a breeze. The location in La Floresta neighborhood is great. There are tons of restaurants and even a few breweries within walking distance. We had a lovely dinner at the Italian restaurant a couple blocks away. Mildred was very responsive and flexible with our super late check-in, and arranged a taxi to the airport at check-out. Highly recommend! Thank you!

This listing is exactly like the photos- spotless, clean and a beautiful modern building. The location is close to several corner stores, restaurants and pharmacies. The streets are well lit and felt safe at night. The host is very communicative and sent clear check in procedures.

We enjoyed our stay at Gabriel's place, the apartment is well equipped for longer stays, has a washer and dryer, utensils and everything you need to cook your own meals. Good location, safe, great views from the bedroom. Our only slight issue was with the noise at night, as the windows are fancing a busy street. If you are a light sleeper, might wanna grab some earbuds.

The apartment was the same as advertised, although for work I could not know the facilities it offered, the apartment provided all the comforts. Santiago answered the doubts before and during the super fast trip.

There is a small issue with the links that they have posted and finding the door she described it very well, but I was a little confused in my maps were not working correctly, coming in at night. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but I didn't have any problems.! great place lovely stay beautiful beautiful

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Miryan's cabin. We loved it, so close to the center of the city yet one feels like one is in the country. Miryan was an amazing host. She brought us something almost every morning: eggs from her chickens, fruit or avocado from her trees, home made breads and freshly squeezed juices. My husband and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, meeting new people and buying produce and the many family owned stands. The house is rustic, this is not the Ritz but if you want to truly experience Ecuadorian culture, this is the place. Miryan has three dogs that came by often to say hello. If you are afraid of dogs or just don't care for them, this is not a place for you. For us, it was a perfect 2 weeks.

Doris was extremely helpful and attentive. The house felt like a home. Definitely worth a return visit. Dorias a superb hostess. Highly recommend this place and Doris as host.

Very good house with 4 rooms and 2 living rooms. Plenty of space, I would definitely recommend this for a large family, and/ or a large groups of friends.

The place is not like in the photos... it's BETTER. The owner always answered quickly, very kind, they even left us some water to drink. It's clean, spacious, large windows that allow light to pass through. The area is very safe, very nice, the cafeteria in front is very good, I recommend trying it. The apartment is really beautiful, no problems, we would come back here!

I really enjoyed my stay, Marcela is a good host, the apartment is in the commercial heart of Quito, near Carolina, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, etc.

The room is very clean, tidy and comfortable, and there is a small balcony and laundry room. Very convenient.The host is very nice and speaks English, which makes communication smoother.Very timely handling of various issues.Responded promptly to my various questions, gave me a lot of help and assistance.Very pleasant stay.Many thanks to the host.
