Vacation rentals with breakfast in Pichincha

Stephen's place and project is amazing! The area, the reforestation and sustainability project they have is really interesting. If you want to relax and have a different experience and not far from the city, this place is perfect for you. Very good breakfast with fresh and organic products. The room is like a glamping but very comfortable. Of course, you don't have electricity and the bathroom is private but outside the tent, but it's perfect for drying off and disconnecting from nature.

How to summarize a review for a place that has the potential to change your life has been a task. To stay with Cheryl and Jon at the Finca Aveterra is to be unplugged yet connected, cared for with generous hospitality, educated and informed of new ways of living; and for us specifically, reminded of who our Creator God is and the life He intended for us to live. It has been difficult to leave and felt like a departure from friends, family and home when we did. Cheryl was beyond gracious, helpful and thorough coordinating our arrival and departure, performing chef duties (unbelievable), connecting us to in-country travel means, greeting us in the middle of the night; Jon was passionately energetic sharing about syntropic agroforestry, touring us through the farm, the valley (!!), and both touring us through the lodge, sharing the fruit of their labor (literally), engaging conversation and generosity. It is a very nice place and above all that is private. The people who took care of us are very respectful and attentive

great stay! 25 minutes from the airport, 1hour from middle of the world city. clean, hot water, comfy bed. beautiful site with great views of the city and stars. a few friendly dogs on the site too. easy to access via Uber, and town is closeby for essentials.

this house was spectacular! It exceeds to photographs, it is spacious and beautiful. The views were also outstanding. The only downside to the location is that it's on a hill on a busy city bus route, so there is a lot of noise from the air brakes. But the gem of the house is Carmen, the caretaker. She will take care of anything you need with a smile. She doesn't really speak English, but with our learning level Spanish and translation apps, it worked. She and Maria made a fantastic breakfast for us on Easter morning. I highly recommend treating yourself!

We enjoyed staying with Julian, he always answered our doubts shortly. Comfortable and safe place to rest. We went for work and the house was well equipped for our needs.

Perfect spot to stay and visit the highlights of old town Quito. Great hosts and modern kitchen. Highly recommended !

This home is a hidden gem. It is not in the downtown area but in a village setting closer to the airport. My family of 2 adults and 4 children stayed here for a couple nights at the end of our one month stay in Ecuador. It was the perfect way to end our time in this beautiful country. The house is large and spacious and well equipped to cook and relax on the property. There are lots of things to keep kids entertained like the outdoor lawn, playground and indoor ping pong table and games. Karla, the housekeeper lives on the property and is always there to help. There is an amazing vegetable garden and Karla gave us veggies, avocados, oranges and lemons straight from the garden as we prepared our lunch. It was much more than we could eat. The owner of the house is very kind and came to see us off. We were overwhelmed by his kind gesture when he offered to drop us at the airport. We couldn’t think of a better way to end our time in Ecuador.

The place is perfect for a getaway from the city. The proximity to Imbabura and the surrounding nature let you relax in this quiet and cozy cabin. Highly recommended! Katty and Lionel are great hosts! Generous and attentive people (without being intrusive). They left several things for breakfast and shared vegetables from the garden, which seemed like a nice touch. On the list of places to return to :)
