perfect room for a few nights. Close enough to everything while still having a secluded feel being a little bit away from town. Excellent host too.

I went to this place as a transfer - it is a bit far from actual Quito city. I think it was perfect for my transfer. The Tumbaco bus station is very close. Jairo was very kind, picked me up from the airport and drove me to nearby bus station / shops. As a woman traveling alone, it made me feel safe. He also gave me lots of ideas of things to do in the area. The house itself is beautiful with a gorgeous coffee plantation and kind staff. My room was clean, and the facilities (bathroom and dining room) were excellent. There is a shopping mall 10-15min walk. The neighborhood is quiet at night.

Very nice place, we were very happy, and found the place cozy and comfortable, really clean, definitely a place I would recommend! An opportunity to take a break and enjoy nature.

Accommodation that you can see that they are working every day for being better, very good cleanliness, flexibility in the entrance to the accommodation and Patricio is very helpful and attentive.

Wonderful stay at Hostal de la Rabida! We stayed for one night, made the mistake of booking in another place for the second night. The other place was so awful, we cancelled our reservation, forfeited our payment, and retreated right back to this place. The new owner Daniel is extremely kind and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed to feel very welcome and at home. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and hot hot hot. The place was very clean without being fumigated by crazy amounts of disinfectants that we experienced everywhere else. We found a great Indian restaurant - Chandani Tandoori ~ a short walk away with amazing food and even better prices. We even went there twice! We also found a wonderful vegan/vegetarian cafe with great food and good vibes called El Maple that was also within walking distance. We ate there 3 times in 24 hours! I would highly recommend a stay at Hostal de la Rabida to anyone traveling through Quito!

I wish I had stayed longer! Such a beautiful house, a comfortable and clean room, wonderful and friendly hosts. A quiet spot in a lively neighborhood, not far from many popular sites in the city. Around the corner from great restaurants and bars. I loved everything about this b&b, thanks so much!!

Our stay in this cabin located in the heart of a crater was simply exceptional. The privacy is unparalleled, surrounded by nature and mountains, it is a quiet environment that invites relaxation. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and decorated, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. A highlight was the rest room they have, ideal for groups or families looking for a space to reflect and even work. The area is equipped with games, and even a sauna. For our experience it turned out to be the perfect place for our work sessions. There were also more activities such as horseback riding and trekking. Would we go back? Of course, this place is for those looking for a unique getaway with a partner or family, combining nature, privacy and functionality.

Pablo was very attentive and collaborating... The property is very nice... It has a private pool, trampoline and green areas. The kitchen is very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious with hot water. The home has all the windows with antimosquito nets. By the time I stayed the air conditioner in the living room and the fan in one of the rooms did not work. There was no wifi. Recommendations, there is no cellular signal in the Claro area (Ni para telefon). Yes they have coverage Tuenti, Movistar and CNT. I also recommend bringing repellent. I enjoyed my stay at Pablo's property, very comfortable and spacious. You can be in touch with nature and at the pool.

I had a wonderful time staying the night at Casa Silva’s Inn. It was the perfect spot for me to rest before I travelled onwards in Ecuador. The hosts were so friendly and kind, waiting for me when I arrived at the airport and dropping me back there the next day. The provided an incredible breakfast this morning at whatever time best suited me and showed me round their stunning property. It was so peaceful and I enjoyed hanging in the hammock in the trees resting before I had to leave, I wish I had longer! I would highly recommend this place and hope to be back!! 😊

Fantastic hang out in a more remote corner of the choco Andino, about 20min from the renown Mashpi reserve. Great pool, great river, great orchards, great central gang out, just the kitchen and sleeping quarters a bit primitive. Jackelin is a very attentive host and Fausto the local care taker is extremely kind and helpful.

This place was absolutely beautiful and everything we needed for our honeymoon adventure. We would love to stay and explore all the other cool rooms they have that they had to offer. The staff went above and beyond in every way possible! Don’t forget to say hi to the Airbnb pups, Lisa and Dulce:)

Since I arrived at the place the people who attended me gave me facilities and were kind to me. I felt calm and really at home. Without a doubt the next time I visit Quito I will return to this accommodation.

If you are thinking of visiting Mindo I recommend 100%! It was my first time staying at a hostel and I have to say the personal attention and care is unmatched. The rooms have nice views and everything is walking distance. Our host was very helpful with everything we needed

Amazing apartment with very kind, friendly hosts! I highly recommend it.

Welcoming, helpful and very discreet family. The accommodation is very clean and well maintained. Thanks to Daniel and his family. You just need to know that the house is at the back of a very secure residence. You have to pass a first closed gate, opened by the owners from the inside by beep before you can enter. We then arrive at a second gate that is just as secure. It is therefore necessary to coordinate well for check-ins and check-outs.

100% recommended this airbnb, it is identical and even better than in photos, it has all the comforts to enjoy with family or friends and the place is very quiet and safe! We will definitely return to this place soon, Sonia and Jeani are excellent hosts :)
