We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Amedeo was a great host, very good communication. Castiglione del Lago and the apartment is an ideal location to explore Umbria - the "less known Tuscany" in a star shape. We felt very comfortable. Definitely recommended

We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend booking this, we only wish we could have stayed longer! The setting was beautiful, surrounded by stunning Italian countryside with lots of picturesque towns within 30-60 mins drive away. The local down is only a 5 minute drive away with lots of lovely restaurants. There is a restaurant on site which we ended up having dinner at several times due to the delicious food and friendly staff. Brando was extremely welcoming and helpful and always available to ask questions and give information about the local area. The accommodation was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Would recommend this place for couples as-well as families as the pool space is perfect for children. Thanks Brando!

The house is very nice, cozy, large and with a beautiful garden. Sabrina and her husband are friendly and hospitable. The house is conveniently located to visit the many places nearby both Umbrian and Tuscan. Our stay, about a week, spent pleasantly between trips and rest in the house. During the time we stayed, the temperatures often exceeded 35 degrees but the house is well ventilated and cool enough; only a few nights, particularly warm, at least for the first few hours of the night, a fan would have been useful... however, at night the temperature always refreshed and we never had problems sleeping. Our experience was therefore extremely positive and we recommend a stay at Sabrina's house to all those who love nature, tranquility and trips in the towns of the area. I forgot... their two dogs who live in the adjacent garden are also beautiful.

We had a great time, the cottage is very nice and well maintained, with everything you need for both a short stay and longer stays. The location is extremely quiet, far from noise and traffic. However, it is easy to reach all the services you may need by car. Highly recommended for those who love animals and for those who own them, our dogs would have been very happy to stay there.

A Perfect Holiday – Like Heaven on Earth! This place exceeded all our expectations. A stunning and peaceful location with breathtaking views over the valley, lake, and mountains. The house and garden were beautifully maintained, and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Mrs. Lesley, who was an invaluable help throughout our stay. She provided us with plenty of useful tips and advice on various matters, such as train tickets and local attractions. Thanks to her, we were also able to arrange a wonderful dinner at the villa – truly an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – if we could give it 150%, we absolutely would!
