An oasis of peace in nature awaits you 20 minutes from Lecco. Bring your family or come with friends to have fun. A grill under the porch and a large table to welcome you will allow you to enjoy the view. The house, spartan but with all the necessities, will accommodate you upstairs with the bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen and the living room with the fireplace and the bathroom. All surrounded by forests, rivers, lakes and mountains. The 2.5km road to reach it is unpaved.

La Baita on Lake Como

La Baita sul Lago is located in the ancient mountain village of Trobbio at an altitude of 950 meters with an incredible view of Lake Como. There is everything you need to spend wonderful days relaxing, immersed in nature and its rhythms. The lake is a 20–25-minute drive away, as is the supermarket. La Baita can only be reached on foot in 3 minutes from the parking lot. PLEASE NOTE: In the colder months, the cabin is heated only with a wood-burning stove; there is no other heating method.

Casa Samuele Novate Mezzola

A newly-built detached house with custom-made furnishings. It's located in a quiet area at the foot of the Val Codera and a stone's throw from the lake. It has a private garden where small pets are welcome. A few kilometers from Lake Como and the neighboring town of Verceia, you'll have access to the Tracciolino, an attractive destination for mountain bike enthusiasts. In the winter period, the use of methane gas for heating is paid for separately.

We offer you a wonderful wooden and stone cabin of 70 square meters arranged on two levels with a warm and comfortable atmosphere and at the same time modern and technological, accessible by a steep road of 50 meters downhill and walkable only on foot. The Baita Le Tre Perle is located in Schignano, in the locality of Santa Maria, surrounded by chestnut woods and enjoys a breathtaking view of Lake Como, from which it is 15 minutes by car.
