We had a wonderful stay here! Giancarlo’s space is clean, well kept, and absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We enjoyed walks around the estate and a wonderful wine tasting; while hearing about the property we were staying on. It’s a short drive to Montalcino which has great restraints, cafes, and local shopping. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was such a dream. If you want a beautiful, private place to relax and play out your medieval Italian fantasies, this is the spot. Gorgeous, walkable (though a steep hill) to the main part of town and all the delicious restaurants. And simply unbeatable views. Not to mention Rosalia is such a gem. I wish I could have stayed forever.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione, ottima la posizione in centro, tutti i servizi sono praticamente sotto casa, bar, ristoranti… Il parcheggio gratuito si trova facilmente a 5 minuti a piedi, host gentile e reattivo, assolutamente consigliato ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay here! We traveled with our 2 children and they absolutely loe grounds and especially watching the farming being done. It is such a charming spot and close to plenty of towns with plenty to do!

Such an amazing location overlooking the beautiful Tuscany countryside. Only a short drive to Siena and within an hour of many other Tuscany towns. The villa was extremely well appointed with a welcome pack along with coffee pods which were available for refill during our week stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect stay for a small Family of three. Carolina is the most welcoming host I have ever met. Excellent communication and very empathetic, since we arrived very late because our daughter had traveling sickness. The Location is beautiful, and Carolina explained everything to us. We were even allowed to use the bikes, one of them had a child seat installed. The beach is very close, you can easily walk. With a Hotel & Resort close by, you can go to the bakery every morning. We even used the Pool, Gym and Spa there once. Special thanks to Carolina, we can definitely recommend to stay with her.

This was my first time staying in Tuscany. Serena’s property was beautiful and very serene. We enjoyed staying in the paint apartment which included everything we needed for cooking and eating in. The pool was great to relax in after hot afternoons. We were also able to rent Serena’s e-bikes for a full day to tour some local wineries in the Brunello region, which was fantastic. This was a five star stay and Serena and her family were so welcoming!

L’appartement est situé dans un endroit enchanteur! Le paysage est à couper le souffle. La cuisine est bien équipée, on s’est cuisiné des bonnes bouffes. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques et la piscine très pratique pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visites. Un merci spécial à Deb, la voisine qui nous a accueillit et guidé tout au long de notre séjour. Grâce à ses recommandations, nous avons découvert un vignoble : Ciarliana, où Sara nous a fait une dégustation au delà de nos attentes. On est carrément en amour avec la Toscane!

Wir wurden persönlich von Antonella empfangen. Sehr schöne Wohnung, grosszügig ausgestattet. Balkon mit Teilsicht aufs Meer. Dank der von Antonella bereitgestellten Köstlichkeiten (Wein, Pasta etc.) konnten wir bereits am Ankunftsabend die Aussicht bei einem Abendessen geniessen. Obwohl in der Nähe vom Zentrum, ruhige Wohnlage. Die Altstadt sowie der sehr schöne Kies-Strand "Le Ghiaie" ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir können Antonellas Wohnungen jederzeit weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated touches like fresh towels and the equipped kitchen. Our host Roberto was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. He made check-in seamless. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. Una fuga improvvisata di 4 giorni...4 magnifici giorni per staccare dalla routine..e qua si stacca sul serio! Siamo arrivati in questo paradiso io,il mio compagno e la nostra bulletta pelosa,che hanno trattato come una principessa..già l'accoglienza è stata strepitosa...Valentino e sua mamma sono persone squisite, molto gentili e disponibili, ti fanno sentire a casa..lui un ragazzo giovane ambizioso e ben educato,pronto a dare consigli sui posti,i vari ristoranti,le varie attività,ci ha fatto fare un tour dell'agriturismo che lui stesso cura minuziosamente, facendoci assaggiare prodotti dal suo orto e delle fragole...che..beh avevamo dimenticato il vero gusto delle fragole...una piscina mozzafiato veramente a due passi dal nostro appartamento,circondata da vigne e contornata dal solo cinguettio degli uccellini...se cercate un posto per staccare la spina...pulito,ordinato e in completo relax questo fa x voi..torneremo sicuramente e ringraziamo per i meravigliosi giorni passati!🧡

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nach kleinen Problemen bei der Anreise, war Paolos Tipp, bei den öffentlichen Müllcontainern die Seitenstraße hinaufzufahren sehr hilfreich. Google Maps führte uns zuerst aufs freie Feld hinaus. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ein toller Ausgangspunkt für diverse Exkursionen.

Excellent séjour chez Nedda et sa famille. La maison et l’environnement autour offrent un cadre paisible et parfait pour se ressourcer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 🙂

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Appartement hatte alles, was wir brauchten und noch mehr. Die Terrasse bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und wir konnten wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Mit dem Auto war alles in der Umgebung gut erreichbar und die Umgebung selbst war einfach nur schön. Isolina und ihre Tochter waren nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberinnen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Daniele was an amazing host—warm, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and just a short walk to the beach, which made our trip even more perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Sehr schönes Haus, landestypisch eingerichtet dabei aber trotzdem modern. Besonders gefallen haben und die Betten und die angenehme sanfte aber effektive Klimatisierung. Sehr geräumig, so dass ein Aufenthalt mit 4 Personen sehr angenehm möglich ist. Es gibt sogar eine Lademöglichkeit für E-Fahrzeuge.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und extrem sauber. Es stand ein Willkommensgruß in Form von Keksen und gekühltem Wasser bereit und als Gastgeschenk eine Flasche Wein. Belforte ist ein kleiner Ort mit dem zu empfehlenden Restaurant La Mura. Wir haben den Ort und Casa Serena wegen seiner besonderen ruhigen Lage ausgesucht. Leider befindet sich derzeit um die Unterkunft herum eine Baustelle, weil die Zufahrtsstraßen neu gemacht wird. Also machten wir Ganztagestouren in die Umgebung. ;-) Patrizio und seine Tochter Serena machen das Möglichste um diese Unannehmlichkeit zu entschädigen. Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundlichkeit sind wirklich enorm. Nach einer Reifenpanne mit dem Motorrad hat Patrizio uns wie selbstverständlich mit dem Auto in die 30km entfernte Werkstatt gefahren. Wir drücken die Daumen, dass die Bauarbeiten bald fertig sind und kommen dann sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit leckerem Essen und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Die Lage war wunderschön und die Zeit sehr entspannend. Vielen Dank :)

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

If you are looking for a calm space in the middle of the nature this place is the perfect one for you!! We’ve enjoyed every second of it, it was exactly how it looked like on the photos and Pino is the perfect host :) we would definitely come again!!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

This place is even better than described. I never imagined I could one day live in an authentic palace. Thank you, Bianca, for making this dream come true! A small piece of advice for future guests: please follow Bianca’s directions exactly when coming to the palace—Google Maps can be very misleading.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!
