Great accommodation, Nicola hosted me well. The fact that a dedicated parking space is available nearby is very convenient and reassuring.

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

We had a great stay in Adriano's house in Parma. The house was really nice, very spacious and in a quiet area but also close to the city centre with many bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and comfortable and had all of the basic provisions which was helpful for a short stay. Adriano was friendly and responsive and gave us some good local advice. Overall an excellent weekend and hope to visit Param again some time.

Alessandro's place is a real gem. Clean, quiet and well-private apartment. The terrace is great. Please note that there are no shops in the village, so bring food with you. The car is left in the village's common parking area, from which you can't drive into the village but walk uphill. This is the second time we've stayed here. Alessandro is a great host who responds to messages at lightning speed. Thank you!

Great location right in the middle of all the action in a cute small popular town. we loved having the balcony to enjoy the view during the stay. The beach right in front of the house does get crowded during the day and night. We didn't mind it at all and enjoyed it but something to consider if you are traveling in the high season and want more privacy.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy and the space felt peaceful and well-maintained. It was also nice and bright during the day. I’d definitely stay here again!

ground floor flat, just under the guest's parents residence. Lovely garden (including a friends dog) and quite spacious. Location is great if you have a car, otherwise quite far away from the nearest village. The flat could benefit from a washing machine

Nice host and sister who hosted us. We had to drop off our bags long before check-in time. And also check in much earlier. Everything you need at the property. All the amenities. In addition, the accommodation is even better and much more original than what the pictures tell. Super happy, the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at.

We loved our stay in Milan. The apartment was an easy walk to the metro and around 10-15 walk to the Duomo. We found it pretty convenient to navigate the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for us. Being on the 4th floor, it avoided some of the city noise. We are glad we chose to stay here.

But the real highlight of our visit was Chiara herself. She is hands-down the most gracious, warm, and attentive host we’ve ever encountered. There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

We enjoyed our stay at Marta's place. The apartment was well-located in a quiet, residential area, with a pleasant 15-minute walk into town and to the ferry terminal. It felt more like a real home than a holiday rental, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to feel at home. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen to self-cater when we wanted. Check-in was seamless thanks to the video instructions Marta sent ahead of time (though a small note on how to locate the apartment from the street would have been helpful — it’s tucked away, which adds to the peace and quiet once you find it!). Communication was quick and friendly throughout, and the local recommendations were a nice touch. We’d happily return if visiting the area again. Grazie mille!

We had a beautiful stay at the apartment from Giancarlo. It was clean, cozy and nicely furnished. It was wonderfully air-conditioned and the balcony invited to relax in the evening. Perfect place to stay. Just outside busy tourism center, lots of nice restaurants and stores in area, very quiet. The place itself is lovely, immaculate, and there are excellent instructions for every appliance. Host is very responsive, there’s simply no downside to this apartment. A lovely place to stay.
