Kai is a friendly guy. The person who delivered the house was also pleasant. The house is near the sea so it's not necessary to have a pool. When I stay, there is a problem with the air conditioner but it is solved quickly by the host. The house needs to improve on the karaoke utility and replace the gas stove with an induction cooker. The house is spacious, with enough air conditioning to the rooms including living and dining rooms so people can focus on playing. The sea is close to the house, walkable Security zone If I have a chance, I will continue to rent if I have a chance to go to Vung Tau

the resort was somewhat deserted, but it was great to have the big pool just to ourselves! it was a nice and quiet place, the vulla was super nice with some sea views, and very comfortable! the host was fantastic, helping with so many things, starting from transport to the airport, motorbikes rental, calling local taxis fir us, really nice!

Villa of Hai Trieu Kim area with pool

We were a large group of adults and children. The kids had a great time in the pool. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable, also quite close to the beach. There were a bicycle and two motorbikes left for our use, which was quite convenient. And we were able to park two cars inside the house so we didn't have to worry about parking on the street overnight. Great spot. Would visit again!
