Nơi nghĩ dưỡng tuyệt vời, ko xa trung tâm lắm nhưng sẽ tiện hơn nếu có phương tiện di chuyển riêng, vì đi vào đầu mùa mưa nên phòng áp mái bị nhỏ nước một chút nhưng ko ảnh hưởng lớn, cảm giác chủ nhà rất chăm chút ngôi nhà, nội thất đc lựa chọn tỉ mỉ, host và quản lý đều hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, cám ơn anh chị nhiều!

the house is nicely decorated, clean and neat. The kitchen has plenty of cooking pots/pans/utensils needed for a large family; however, the nearest shops or restaurants are few kilometers away- You do need to have a car or scooter to get around . The host provides a menu for delivery and they are reasonable priced . The community is still under development and hardly any occupancy so it is quiet and you might have the whole beach to yourself to enjoy.

What a fantastic place!! Literally the back door opens to the beach and the neighborhood is so peaceful. The actual house was clean and comfortable, and the host made the check in process smooth for us. Especially considering we arrived at night on motorcycles, it was great to have a responsive host. I would recommend this stay. Great spot!

It were absolute a pleasure for me and our team during our annual summit meeting, her space very clean and peaceful would give us tremendous time to focus on our meeting. About 5 km away there is a very lovely town that have delicous food for us by the night time. Duyen communication is very fast and always make sure us had a good experience staying. Highly recommend

Stayed at Bao Tran Villa for 2 nights. The place is exactly as listed. The pool was clean and crystal clear. The kids absolutely loved it. Chú Cường was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a small party and left the cleanup overnight as he kindly took care of everything for us the next morning. Kha and Trang were super responsive and clearly communicated all the information, all the house rules, making everything so easy . Our family really enjoyed the stay. We’ll definitely be coming back in the near future.

The apartments are located on the highest floors of the building, which allows you to get a magnificent view of the ocean and surroundings. Despite the noisy neighbors, you can't hear them at all in the apartment. You will fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. The door opens with a pin code that needs to be remembered. This allows you not to carry the key anywhere with you. The apartments have a chic balcony. Unlike other balconies in this building, it is equipped with a barbecue, a table, chairs and small armchairs. We enjoyed sunsets and evenings with a cup of local coffee. There is a public swimming pool on site. By the pool from 6-00 they sell coffee, soda and ice cream at store prices. The ocean can change the coastline by 50 meters due to the tide. At low tide you can find interesting shells, starfish, crabs and shrimps. We had a great rest and almost did not pay attention to the shortcomings.

My friends and I had a lovely weekend! The villa was exactly what we were expecting - amazing! and the host was really friendly and accommodating to all our requests. Ms Ngan helped us check in and helped us with some errands if we need to buy something. Will definitely come back!

We stayed here as a group of 20 people and had an amazing experience! The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a large group. Everyone felt comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for gathering and spending time together. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for big groups — we’d definitely come back!

I had a great stay at this apartment in Vũng Tàu. The place was exactly as shown in the photos clean, stylish, and comfortable. The balcony setup was a highlight, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or reading a book. The location is convenient, and everything I needed was nearby. Xuan Tho was a great host friendly, responsive, and made check in smooth. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vũng Tàu and would stay here again without hesitation

first of all Phuoc ' villa was amazing clean and Comfortable kitchen was clean and the rooms was so much space and the pool was nice and super clean and the shopping mall just around the corner from the villa. ....karaoke was the bonus and extremely safe at that area .... We spent 2 nights that was absolutely awesome..if you have a big family to stay i recommend that phuoc' villa to be if I ever come back to Vung Tau I definitely stay here again ❤️ thanks Phuoc let us stayed in a meanwhile I wish Phuoc all the best and Take Care ......Cheers Ciao Jimbo From Australia..Carins
