Great value for money. Location is very good, many shops nearby, district is very expat friendly and has a large selection of restaurants, patisseries and coffee shops. Mall nearby as well, walking distance. Quiet area, a rare find in busy Saigon.

Steve was an excellent host. He moved heaven and earth to get us into the apartment when we were earlier than expected. Simple, stylish and spotlessly clean. Loved the super comfortable bed with quality bed linen and soft bedside lighting. Great location, easily walkable to all our favorite foodie places. Thanks Steve!

Great accomodation. the area is kind of local, so lots of places to eat and cafes and really quiet during the night. the host has been very helpfull, always ready to reply and helped me in everything i needed. very recomended!

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

Honest review. Property needs some revamping such as new curtains and couch. Bathroom and living room needed cleaning when I first arrived on the property. What I liked was cleaning was sent right away when I needed it. I’d say property needs to work on giving a good first impression. Other than that, property was good and is located in a great location. Beautiful view of Landmark 81 and great food and drink places all around. Host’s team was very responsive and helpful. Only reason why I gave 5 stars is because of the team’s responsiveness and the view and location of the property. I would stay again if cleanliness was better. Im sure host and her team will work on that based on the hard work and responsiveness they shown.

We really enjoyed our stay here. What we liked best was the convenient location, as we were able to walk to almost wherever we needed to go. Also, there was a big supermarket a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in Ho Chi Minh City.

Totally worth it and the owner is very helpful and kind!

The place is conveniently located in the center of district 1, close to tons of shops and restaurants. The building has 24/7 security and other amenities, however the walls in the unit has some stains and could use a paint job, the chairs in the kitchen are somewhat dirty and there are small ants all over the kitchen counter, the place would be perfect if those issues are taken care of.

We were absolutely captivated by the stunning views from our cozy spot on the 26th floor! Not only that, but the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Conveniently located on the ground level were a pharmacy, coffee shop, 7/11, and Winmart. Countless restaurants were within walking distance, and we could easily reach Bui Vein Walking street with just a 10-minute stroll. Our stay was a warm, friendly, and seamless experience, thanks to the host's responsiveness.

stayed at Tracy's place for 2 weeks. the apartment has a nice rooftop pool when I used daily. so many restaurants and clubs and BuiVuen street is within walking distance. tracy always responded to my requests promptly and loved my stay at her place. thank you so much to Tracy and her cleaning staff. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to vietnam....^^

Minh's apartment was in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. A short walk to Ben Thanh Market as well. The city views are spectacular at this location, especially at night. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 7 during our stay. Thank you!

I had good time of staying at Mai’s apartment!

I loved staying in Trung’s apartment. It is very well maintained, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for exploring the area around Thao Dien, very near to great restaurants, a shopping mall as well as a convenience store. Also an easy, short cab ride to district 1. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall this was a great first experience of Vietnam. The host provided us with plenty of amenities that we needed, towels, spoons, bowels, etc. The location was also great, several convenience stores that had everything you needed just right below and there was no waiting on a grab to pick us up. We were able to quickly get to everywhere we wanted to within a 30 min radius. The host also provided several recommendations on places to eat, things to do and so much more which led us to the best massage ever. My only note is that the apartment does stay on the warmer side regardless of how cold you turn the ac down, but this is just something you’ll have to get use to it.

В целом хорошее жильё за свои деньги. В квартире всё исправно, хорошо работает,есть стиральная машина с эффективной функцией сушки, нам показалось, что лучше сушить прямо в ней, чем в отдельной сушильной машине. Квартира находится в новом доме в престижном районе, вокруг много кафе, ресторанов, супермаркетов, рядом большой гипермаркет и ТЦ. Крупных недостатков нет, но есть некоторые детали. Во-первых, бассейн находится в другом доме, до которого идти минут десять, а бассейн конкретно в этом доме есть, но не доступен. Во-вторых, сам район далековато от центра. Он удобен для местных, но совершенно не туристический, купить там, например, сим-карту, совершенно невозможно. В-третьих, хотя имеется стойка рецепции, там не готовы присмотреть за чемоданами, поэтому если вылет у вас сильно после отъезда, оставить чемоданы где-то вы не сможете. В целом, это не существенные вещи, просто нужно понимать их, если они для вас критичны. Нам понравилось наше пребывание, могу рекомендовать для всех.
