Very nice, spacious flat with all amenities you may need. Excellent location for exploring the area, close to supermarkets, easy to find. The flat was spotless, and quiet despite the proximity to the main road. The building is in a side lane, overlooking beautiful greenery, and it feels worlds apart. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the super balcony. Parking was possible in front of the house; a convenience much appreciated. Spiros is an excellent host, he was proactive and responsive, we felt very well taken care of. We would return anytime. Thank you very much.

I really enjoyed my stay in Platanos at Alex's place. when I arrived late in Achrata, Alex's dad picked me up and drive me to the flat (because there were no more buses or to trains to that day) and he explained everything to me and gave me some good recommendations for eating out :) I loved the serene and peaceful little village and good connection to Diakopto where the rack railway starts.

Βεβαίως! Δες παρακάτω ένα παράδειγμα θετικής κριτικής για ένα Airbnb κατάλυμα: --- Κριτική Airbnb: Η διαμονή μου ήταν εξαιρετική! Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως το περιέγραφε η αγγελία — καθαρό, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, κοντά σε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν, και η γειτονιά ήσυχη και ασφαλής. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλικός, πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και πολύ συνεπής στην επικοινωνία. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά στο μέλλον και το προτεινω ανεπιφυλακτα!

The place is just a tiny bit of the tourist track to be a bit quieter, but near enough to enjoy all advantages and visit Delphi, Galaxidi and more. Spyros is a very nice host, caring and always easy and fast to get in touch. Can only recommend.

Τρομερό στρώμα με μαξιλάρια. Καθαρός χώρος. Άφιξη στην Πάτρα με 42 βαθμούς. η Αρίστη είχε ήδη "κρυώσει" το χώρο με τα 2 air-condition που διαθέτει ο χώρος! 12-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο (εξαρτάται πόσο κέντρο θέλετε να πάτε). Ήσυχη γειτονιά. Δυσκολευτήκαμε λίγο να "αράξουμε" στον καναπέ για να δούμε τηλεόραση (μικρός καναπές) αλλά ποιός νοιάζεται....ευκαιρία για βόλτα!!!

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at Aris’s place! The apartment itself was stunning – beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and with a fantastic view that took our breath away every morning. It was everything we hoped for in a getaway and more!
