Thank you so much for your prompt service! Although the area seemed quite strange and from the street below there were constant eyes on the window, the house fully met our expectations.

The apartment was very clean with new furniture. Vasilis was always available. A nice place for all the year.

Mr. Christos is one of the warmest owners I have ever met. He was always willing to help and provide guidance whenever needed. The place is just amazing, very clean - recently renovated and extremely hot / warm. Moreover, the location exceptional if you wish to explore Karpenisi and everything nearby. Lovely place and a lovely host. We felt right at home. Though we did not understand each other, everything was perfect and Nikoletta's family went an extra mile to make sure we are comfortable. They also provided items for breakfast which made our morning easy. An absolutelely wonderful experience for us first timers in Greece.

Cool place. 20 meters to the sea. Meltemi restaurant in 25 meters. Another taverna in 400 meters. Beach is with rocks, no sand. Showers on the beach, clean and very warm water. Considering of going back.

George and his wife are nice people who come to pick you up at the church, and take you to the house. A beautiful old characteristic house with garden (including chickens and rabbits). Close to the sea with beautiful sunset (no beach).

The village and scenery are just magical, the house just like in the photos, had everything we needed, the locals extremely kind. You can take a nice walk in the village, Kalavryta is 40 minutes by car, Panagia Plataniotissa 10 minutes. The view is magnificent and the village very quiet. Thank you very much!

It's all as I expected and as other users described it. Everything was tidy and clean ,Mrs. Paraskevi very communicative , understandable,helpful (so is her husband) and gold!!!!Her sweets as well as the liqueur better than professional. I was delighted. I highly recommend it .

We were super well hosted by Foteini despite our late arrival with the ferry. Restaurant recommendations were great. We really enjoyed being able to do everything on foot from the apartment which is very well positioned!

The accommodation is impeccable and in the heart of Patras, the center is within walking distance. The roof top terrace, the calm… very much appreciated. The water fountain provided in the room is a real plus! Mike is a responsive and proactive host. We'll be happy to come back, thank you!

This cozy apartment, with view to Saint Andreas church and very spacious, was at the perfect location, where you will find a parking spot very easily in front of the house, and you can enjoy the centre of Patra on foot, since it is very close to everything! 100%recommend it!

The living space is very big and may be very comfortable for families with children. Kitchen is also big. Communication with the owner is very good. Something to consider, window in the second bedroom goes out to a staircase (and the walls there are a bit weird) - some people may feel strange there.
