David & Susan’s place was perfect and just as listed. The house is at the end of a dead end street so it feels very quiet and secluded. The location is very convenient and Siesta Key was only a short uber away. David was also generous enough to let us checkout a little because of our flight delay and was super friendly during our check-in. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for our son's sporting event for several days. It was exactly as described and more. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many "extras" that we do not usually experience in other rental properties. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supples, spices, coffee, and more (better than any rental we've stayed in). There is not one negative thing I can say about this place or the host. Honorata was extremely responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated as we needed to drop our luggage and go to an event. The location was great, a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you Honorata and Conrad for a lovely stay!

This house os very homey and very easy to settle in. perfect for a small family of 3 or 4. everything in the house (beds, furniture, bathroom fixtures etc.) are brand new. the garden around the house is beautiful and is landscaped with variety of exotic trees and plants and a nice hammock to go with it. The house is centrally located, making it very easy to drive to restaurants, grocery stores, shops and parks, all within 10-15 minutes of driving. Trip to the beach is also fairly short. The hosts were very responsive and answered our questions within the minute! Impressive! we definitely recommend this house and the host and will definitely come back!

I had a great stay here and thoroughly enjoyed my time. I loved how beautiful it was, the beautiful nature on the porch, the centralized location, how quiet it was, and also, I loved the messages throughout the duplex about being blessed. It gives the place a great energy and encourages a positive mentality. Something I’ve never said about an Airbnb. The owners are also very kind and helpful.

My family enjoyed Laura’s home. We would gladly book again! This space is great for those who want to be nestled between several great beaches without being in the hustle and bustle. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for us to cook several meals at home. The pool was great. Laura provides several towels and even some beach equipment - so a pool day or beach day won’t be cut short because you need extra chairs or towels. The neighborhood is very calm and walkable. We were able to walk to a few stores and even to dinner.
