Monthly Rentals in Philadelphia

I loved my recent stay at the artist’s studio. I was in the area for an extended stay for work, and felt right at home in this cozy and creative space. The neighborhood is lovely, safe & peaceful, with a really great coffee shop and grocery market nearby. Thank you Laurie and Jim for your awesome hospitality!

Highly recommend staying with Maureen! She is a great host and her place is one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. This room is very small but it is fine for a short stay with one person. She lets you use any of the common areas so I spent a lot of time in the kitchen and dining room as I was working online. The other housemates were also great. There is also a dog that hangs out, if you love dogs this could be a great stay for you.

Ana was a wonderful host. The house is full of historic charm, and Ana went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and familiarity with the house and its quirks. West Philly is a peaceful neighborhood with excellent food abound. I will stay again next time I'm in Philly!

Loved my stay here! The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The contactless check-in and check-out were super convenient (not flexible though; had extra charges). The place is just a short drive from the International airport. Definitely recommended.
