Monthly Rentals in Phaya Mengrai District

My mom and I were on our way back to Chiang Mai from the Golden Triangle for a night in Chiang Sheng.Looking forward to seeing the comments, I didn't expect that there was such a nice homestay in Seimasa.Busara is very welcoming. Because the transportation is not convenient, it is difficult to get a car, she asked her brother to drive out to meet us at the Mekong River.My mom's legs were inconvenient to walk around and had a chance to taste Busara's mum's craftsmanship.Stayed two nights from a five star hotel, it didn't feel inferior, full of fireworks and the smell of home, and it was very romantic to have dinner in the yard (Busara's yard has three rooms, perfect for friends to hang out and have a small party!).The setting of the yard is nice and the view is everywhere.I was able to eat breakfast made by my aunt in the next morning, simple and delicious, and very happy!I will definitely come back to Busara for two more days if I get the chance to come back to the Golden Triangle!Thanks for the hospitality!

It was an a amazing place, not 5 but 10 stars! A luxurious villa, so well put together for the guest's upmost comfort, just perfect. The setting magical in the middle of a beautiful, quiet and friendly village. Great swimming pool and gardens and trees , so idyllic. The greatest thanks go to Heinz and Tan, the nicest couple who will help you with everything, take your with them to Chiang rai, and excursions, show you markets and local life, etc etc, just great people along with their families. Noppon was super helpful. We missed our flight and he allowed us to check-in after checkin time and provided us with driver to travel around the city. He even offered us beautiful and delicious breakfast early as we had to catch our flight. Describing location- it’s so peaceful and we looked after. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much Noppon for all your help and providing us best experience.

Extremely clean and spacious, beautiful surrounding with lots of greens and a lake. Very quiet too. Most importantly, Kook is extremely helpful, she even waited for us when we had to check in a few hours later than the standard time. Kook is very helpful in trying to suggest places for food, and we received 2 big jars of handmade jam cookies that was very delicious! All appliances works well and aircond is cold. The only small area that can be improve is the water heater, if you turn on full shower than the water will not be hot. The light outside Room 1 attracts a lot of small insects at night too, so will keep the door and window close all the time. Lots of space and the sofa / seating area is outdoor, so for those prefer to stay outdoor, it can be a nice change. Great value for money and very clean and quiet. You do need to have your own transport though as it is tucked away and about 15 ~ 20 mins to the town center. We had a lovely time and Kook is a great host! Thank You!
