What a gorgeous place! We spent two weeks here at the beginning of a 3 month stay in Thailand and it was perfect. Rural location away from tourists but with coffee shops, restaurants and an excellent Sunday flea market all in walking distance (bikes also provided). The staff were so lovely and kept us topped up with eggs, lemons and fresh greens from the gardens. We didn’t get to meet Chu however he went above and beyond to help us - ordering items for our baby and also helping us to extend our visa. Would 100% recommend for a gorgeous, relaxing stay away from the crowds x

I have always imagined how my dream home would be and its exactly this place. Absolutely love the all wood furniture which gives a very classy feel. The glass walls brings so much light inside which is amazing. The furnitures are so well put together for eating together with friends, chilling by the pool, eating snacks at the TV or just gossiping inside the rooms. The kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook. I recommend ordering from the restaurant because the Hang Lay and Khao Soi was the best I have ever had. The breakfast well above my expectations. The coffee and juice was a nice touch too. I love the quiet and peaceful ambience and vibe. Just the perfect place to stay and chill with friends. The host was too kind to me and the staff were amazing. You dont even need to leave the place because everything you need is right there. Definitely a rare gem of a place! Thank you so much for the stay, love it so much! ❤️❤️❤️

My mom and I were on our way back to Chiang Mai from the Golden Triangle for a night in Chiang Sheng.Looking forward to seeing the comments, I didn't expect that there was such a nice homestay in Seimasa.Busara is very welcoming. Because the transportation is not convenient, it is difficult to get a car, she asked her brother to drive out to meet us at the Mekong River.My mom's legs were inconvenient to walk around and had a chance to taste Busara's mum's craftsmanship.Stayed two nights from a five star hotel, it didn't feel inferior, full of fireworks and the smell of home, and it was very romantic to have dinner in the yard (Busara's yard has three rooms, perfect for friends to hang out and have a small party!).The setting of the yard is nice and the view is everywhere.I was able to eat breakfast made by my aunt in the next morning, simple and delicious, and very happy!I will definitely come back to Busara for two more days if I get the chance to come back to the Golden Triangle!Thanks for the hospitality!

I like the serenity, the decor, the hospitality, clean, spacious. Most importantly, friendly to dogs and cats. Khun Bee and his family were very welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. The cat stopped slipping out of the room. Everyone was very nice. They were able to find it in a very early time. If you have to go back to Phayao again, you will want to go back and stay in the same place. I would recommend it for a group of friends or family with family as our favorite. Good for your heart. 💚💚💚

Extremely clean and spacious, beautiful surrounding with lots of greens and a lake. Very quiet too. Most importantly, Kook is extremely helpful, she even waited for us when we had to check in a few hours later than the standard time. Kook is very helpful in trying to suggest places for food, and we received 2 big jars of handmade jam cookies that was very delicious! All appliances works well and aircond is cold. The only small area that can be improve is the water heater, if you turn on full shower than the water will not be hot. The light outside Room 1 attracts a lot of small insects at night too, so will keep the door and window close all the time. Lots of space and the sofa / seating area is outdoor, so for those prefer to stay outdoor, it can be a nice change. Great value for money and very clean and quiet. You do need to have your own transport though as it is tucked away and about 15 ~ 20 mins to the town center. We had a lovely time and Kook is a great host! Thank You!

We stayed one night at Warin’s place before our slow boat trip. The view from the bungalows was amazing. Warin was also a very welcoming and friendly host. She packed our breakfast for the trip since we had to leave early. If you like sleeping in nature, I would highly recommend it.

Gaetan and his wife were taking care of us. They allowed us to stay and enjoy the pool when our return flight was delayed. The atmosphere is very cool and family-friendly. It felt like home. The place is beautiful

Noppon was super helpful. We missed our flight and he allowed us to check-in after checkin time and provided us with driver to travel around the city. He even offered us beautiful and delicious breakfast early as we had to catch our flight. Describing location- it’s so peaceful and we looked after. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much Noppon for all your help and providing us best experience.

Pimphaka's cabanas are very sweet and lovely. Even though it isn't in the city center (we booked a motorbike for 2 days), our stay was just perfect! We loved it being a little bit away from the city center. Anyway, the most impressive sights are all outside and therefore you better rent a motorbike to reach them!
