I had a fantastic stay at this lovely home in Khlong Hae. The house is beautifully designed—clean, modern, and decorated with a calming minimalist aesthetic that made me feel instantly relaxed. It was clear the host put a lot of thought into the small details, from the cozy lighting to the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. The location is great—peaceful and quiet, but still very convenient. It's close to local attractions like the Hat Yai Floating Market and Hatyai Park, plus there are several 7-Elevens, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I especially appreciated the private parking, which made getting around easy. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly—they were always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for groups looking for a relaxing and stylish home base while visiting Hatyai!

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the two king-sized beds—both very cozy and perfect for a restful sleep. The home is fully air-conditioned, which kept us cool throughout our stay. It’s also well-equipped with great amenities, including a large fridge, washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a TV with Netflix—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Our kids absolutely loved the place and settled in right away, which made the stay even more enjoyable for the whole family. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay and great value for money. perfect room for anyone wanting to stay in Hat Yai. very clean, great WiFi, close to the Central shopping mall. There is a laundry in the building but also there is a new laundry opposite the building for busy times. the host is super responsive to messages and seems vert friendly and polite. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Hat Yai

Huge house with near by walking distance 7eleven Abit far from town center. Ok if you have own transportation. Clean with basic facilities.
