The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house. It is very spacious and absolutely quiet despite its proximity to the center. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. The old clay walls create a natural indoor climate, but they require special ventilation rules that the tenant must adhere to. From October to April, ventilation may only be carried out according to the ventilation principle (about 10 minutes of cross ventilation in the morning and evening). There is no TV.

The market is a 3-minute walk; the train station is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. Schwerin Castle is about 10 minutes away. Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.
