The approximately 50 square meters large, bright and spacious apartment is located absolutely close to the old town in the attic of our house from the 18th century. The apartment was recently refurbished and fully equipped with high-quality carpenter's furniture. The beautiful Landshut Old Town can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the centre leads through the magnificent city park along the Isar River or simply over the Isar Bridge.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Stay in the stylish and quietly located studio apartment in the heart of Gersthofen. The apartment offers an attractive location with good access to the A8 highway to Munich, Ulm and Stuttgart. The apartment / rooms are located on the third and fourth floors. We share a staircase but the apartment is all for you alone. Cyclists are welcome and we can also safely store your bikes.
