The proximity to Munich and the nearby S-Bahn [suburban railway] with a direct connection is perfect for your vacation. As soon as you enter the high-quality apartment, you will feel comfortable. TONI has been built to a very high quality and impresses with underfloor heating in all rooms, high-quality, eco-certified vinyl floors and high-quality tiles. Beautiful wooden terrace and garden with ping pong and trampoline!

This apartment has everything you need to live, work and play. Get the practical things like a fast WiFi, 24/7 support, regular professional cleaning, and fun stuff like a smart TV. Stay in comfort for as long as you’d like – days, weeks or months.  We are pleased to offer you the option to enjoy breakfast with our partner, Schwabinger Wassermann at an additional charge. It is located at Herzogstraße 82, 80796 München. Breakfast is available daily (Monday to Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

The apartment is located in the idyllic village of "Maria Thalheim". In summer, the natural swimming lake (walking distance) invites you to swim and relax.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Our cozy 35 sqm studio with modern bathroom and sun balcony is located in the middle of Schwabing, only 10 U-Bahn minutes from the main train station and Marienplatz. The bedroom is small but nice, located to the quiet backyard.
