This property is perfect for 4 people however it is not suitable for anyone with a mobility issue. The entrance from the street is directly into the kitchen/living area, beautifully laid out and a staircase weaves its way to the first floor, where there is a large double bedroom, with ensuite shower room, and a Juliet window to the street below. A separate toilet is also on this floor, shared by the second bedroom, which is on the top floor, complete with a double bed and ensuite shower room.

Characterful townhouse from 1736, 70 m2, with two floors Wi-Fi on each floor. 80 cm TV Sleeps 4: - Ground floor: living room/kitchen, double sofa bed. - 1st floor: double bed in the bedroom, closet - 2nd floor: toilet, shower, access to a tree-lined St. Tropez-style terrace: 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, unobstructed view, not overlooked (please respect the neighborhood on the outdoor terrace; no excessively loud music, no dance floor, etc.)
