The entrance from the street is directly into the kitchen/living area, beautifully laid out and a staircase weaves its way to the first floor, where there is a large double bedroom, with ensuite shower room, and a Juliet window to the street below. A separate toilet is also on this floor, shared by the second bedroom, which is on the top floor, complete with a double bed and ensuite shower room.

Located near the main church in the centre of town in the Historic area. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, antique shops, ice cream places, bakeries, wine shops, street market on Sats and etc. The pied-à-terre has its quirkinesses: possibly dated back from the 17th century. 20 min from the beach. 40 min from Montpelier airport. Near Bezier, Montpelier, Carcassonne… and many others. PS: Note! Very important… It is on the fourth floor, no lift.
