Great place, especially if you like neighborhood bars. Check out Paddy’s Pub, it’s unlike anything I’ve seen before. Also Sauna was wonderful, used it everyday! One minor ding, driveway is a bit treacherous when it’s muddy (had a slip) so be careful out there! Overall, great spot, would book again.

My son and I had a great stay at Fran's beautiful home. It was the perfect size, super cute, and very cozy. I have pretty bad allergies to dust, mold, etc. when I travel, but they did not flare up while staying here. The location was quiet, safe, and very close to the lake. Fran was very responsive and communicative, making the check-in and stay very smooth. I will be staying here again for future family visits!

Janine was the perfect hostess, explained her offerings her expectations in detail. The house was simply and beatifully decorated and very comfortable for our larger group. From the pictures we thought the space might be smaller than it actually was - a pleasant surprise. Everything was immaculately cleaned and there were plenty of towels, kitchen tools, and comfortable chairs, and beds to make our stay feel like home. We would certainly consider returning to the house if we were in the area again and it was available. Thank you Janine and Fran. Jean and family

Kendra’s place went above and beyond our expectations for our weekend getaway. We had such a relaxing time with enough things to do around town to explore. Such great restaurants close by, we loved them all. The house was clean as can be and Kendra was responsive to all of our needs and questions. We will be back!!!!

Chris was a great host. Great at communicating what the expectations were and local places to go. The house was so cute and I felt right at home. Chris was flexible with my dates and times. I would definitely stay here again. Especially during the in season time where I could enjoy the beach. We went in the off season. But a great experience!

The property is a very short walk into a beautiful little town on Lake Michigan that had some nice places for dining. There was a deer family we saw each day throughout the day, looking to eat from the apple tree on the property. The home had a large private backyard that would have been great for hanging around the fire pit (which was loaded with wood and ready to be fired up), although we did not use it because of other activities we had. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature was great. Thermostat allowed us to control the temperature. It's an older home, but the home fit the needs of our group and had all the amenities that one would expect from a host who was easy to reach.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this well-equipped home. The amenities including the jacuzzi, fire pits , and games were fantastic and added to our enjoyment. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 10, and the host's provision of additional beds on the day of check-in made it even more comfortable. Communication was smooth throughout our stay. One area for improvement is the presence of dog hair. We understand this is the owner's home; however, two members of our party have dog hair allergies, which caused some discomfort. Fortunately, we found ample cleaning supplies and a vacuum, which helped us manage the situation. Overall, it was a great stay! The addition of Christmas decorations made it feel very homey, which was especially appreciated during the holidays. After sharing our experience on social media, several friends and family members immediately asked for the Airbnb link, as the home was a hit online, will be recommending to friends and family!
