Vacation rentals with a pool in Petrovija

Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Helena hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie Absprache wann wir ankommen hat super funktioniert. Sie hat uns vor Ort alles erklärt und gezeigt und uns auch Tipps gegeben, wo man gut essen gehen kann. Man hatte vor Ort einfach alles schon da, ein kleiner Einkauf war schon gemacht, für den ersten Hunger. Spülmaschinen tabs , taps für die Waschmaschine, Spüllappen , aber auch Grillkohle…… alles vorhanden. Dann wurde ein grosser Obstkorb zwischendurch vorbei gebracht . Helena war auch immer zu erreichen und hat nach einem kleinen Unwetter auch am nächsten Tag gefragt , ob es uns gut geht und ob wer kommen soll zum sauber machen. Pool wurde zwischendrin auch einmal gereinigt. Mit Hund auch super dort, weil ordentlich eingezäunt, gassi runde auch kein Problem. Also wir waren rund um zufrieden und würden wieder hinfahren. We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern in diesem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sie war auch super sauber und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Besonders haben wir die Morgenden im Garten genossen: Mit Frühstück auf der Terrasse und mit viel Spaß im Pool. Dennis war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Dass das Häuschen in seinem Garten steht, war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre und nie das Gefühl irgendwie beobachtet zu werden. Natürlich ist das Haus nicht riesig und der Platz war zu viert durchaus überschaubar. Aber da wir eigentlich sowieso nur zum schlafen im Haus waren und ansonsten immer draußen, hat uns die Größe überhaupt nicht gestört. Novigrad ist ein wunderschönes ruhiges Städtchen. Wir haben uns dort alle rundum wohlgefühlt.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

Het verblijf was geweldig. Hele rustige, fijne locatie. Sonja was erg behulpzaam en we konden alles vragen. Heerlijk om de omgeving te kunnen verkennen en in de rust op locatie bij Sonja te zijn. Echt een aanrader!

Would highly recommend Celestina’s apartment for your stay in Rovinj. Located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed. Celestina couldn’t have been more helpful, making our first holiday with our baby boy accommodating.

Die Unterkunft von Tamara war super gelegen. Es war alles da was man braucht. Der Garten mit dem Pool war wunderbar zum Entspannen.

Super bra vistelse! Vår hund Ash njöt av vistelsen att kunna springa fritt för att sedan svalka sig i en väl kyld lägenhet. Vi behövde komplettera med små saker i köket och Maja fixade till oss snabbt. Bilen tog oss snabbt till matbutiker, strand och restauranger. Lugnt område, fin bostad, fantastiska värdar. Vi bokar gärna denna plats igen 😍

Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden! Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Staubsauger vorhanden! Der Pool ist ein Traum! Er wird alle 2-3 Tage kontrolliert und gereinigt! Die Unterkunft liegt ein bisschen abseits, aber wenn man ein Auto hat, ist auch das kein Problem! Man muss halt immer fahren, Strand, Einkaufen, Stadt! Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, da auch die Vermieter sehr nett sind!

Ein wunderschönes Quartier mit Blick auf das Meer. Supersaubere Wohnung und gepflegter Garten. Himmlischer Schlaf in weichen Betten. Abkühlung im Pool. Ein echter Geheimtipp!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in Kroatië! Ondanks dat we 3 dagen regen hebben gehad, was alles echt top! Mooie locatie, fijn zwembad, prima BBQ en heerlijke airco in de woonkamer en in de slaapkamers. De restaurants in de buurt en op advies van onze gastvrouw waren top! Echt heerlijk gegeten!!! Onze gastvrouw Chiara Costello was echt super aardig, ons laatste ontbijt heeft ze voor ons zelfs heerlijke pannenkoeken gebakken! We komen zeker graag nog een x terug!

Der Kontakt zu Josipa war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Haus war in einem guten Zustand, die Außenanlage hat sehr neu gewirkt. Zweimal pro Woche kam jemand zur Reinigung des Pools. Vor Ort war alles vorhanden und sogar mehr als beschrieben. Das Haus innen ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Vielen Dank an Josipa und ihren Mann für den netten Empfang, die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und somit für den tollen Urlaub :-)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Wir waren dort als 2 Familien mit je 1 Kind (2 J) Die Villa ist genauso wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Lage ist ruhig und abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto alles fahrbar. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub!

Waren mit einer Gruppe von 13 Leuten im Alter von 25 bis 32 dort. Persönlicher CheckIn mit Rundführung erfolgte flexibel nach vorheriger Absprache und verlief reibungslos. Unterkunft entsprach volkommen den Erwartungen und war wie auf den Bildern. Villa war der ideale Ort um Touren zu unternehmen, da viele schöne Orte wie Pula, Rovinij oder Porec in näherer Umgebung waren. Besonders hervorzuheben war der Service. So wurde zum Beispiel Abends nach einem zusätzlichen Sonnenschirm gefragt, welcher bereits am nächsten Morgen vorbigebracht wurde. Alles in allem eine tolle Villa, wenn man Wert auf Privatsphäre legt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Mario has been incredibly helpful, taking care of even the smallest details. Thank you for having us!

This villa is absolutely beautiful. It is even more impressive than the pictures. Everything was impeccably clean. It’s super spacious and lovely environment to spend time in beautiful Croatia. The location is mixed, there isn’t much close to the Vila and sadly you can’t walk to anything but you can reach many amazing spots in 30-40 minutes driving.
